Hello my name is Shaylinn Ferguson...but you can call me Shay. I’m 18 and an average emo girl that just graduated high school.... I have grown up in a terrible home. My brother Jeremy or should I say Jinxx has been on tour for the past 5 years being part of Black Veil Brides. It has been really hard on me since he was the only sane one in this family. My father had abandoned me and Jinxx when I was about 6, since then my mom has just lost it and become a complete alcoholic. I really don't even wanna be near my mother but ever since Jinxx left it’s been harder on us...I’ve been trying to get out of the house as much as possible but I only really have one true friend...her name is Desrae. Since me and her were the only emo’s in school we didn't really get accepted by anyone else so us emo’s gotta stick together.
*phone rings*
"Hey Jinxx" I said
"Hey Shaylinn! How’s it been? Has mom been any easier on you?" Jinxx asked
"Nahh it’s been the same old thing since you left mom has lost it" I said
"Well how bout to let things cool down. You come on tour with me and the rest of Black Veil Brides?" Jinxx asked another question
I let out a yelp and screamed "Oh my god are you serious?"
I start jumping and dancing as Jinxx is laughing at me then I hear a yell from down stairs "Shaylinn Ferguson! be quiet up there" and of course it’s from my mom
"Well Jinxx I gotta go moms yelling again" I said
"Okay byee Shay I’ll talk to my tour manager about you coming with us... love you" Jinxx says
"Byee Jinxx love you too" I say hanging up the phone and heading down the stairs
(Jinxx pov)
I hung up the phone and went to the lounging area of the bus to see all the guys sitting there in their regular spots
"Hey guys how would you feel if my little sister came on tour with us? I want to get her out of the house and I was thinking of asking Jon if Shaylinn could come with us" I said to all the guys
"Oh my god I haven't seen her in a while!" CC said
"Hmm we just gotta keep her away from Ash" Andy says as we all just sit there laughing except ash who sits pouting
"Omg not going to do anything she’s only 16 she’s not legal yet" Ash says
"Ash she turned 18 2months ago" I say
Ash grins and I walk over to him and smack him on the back of the head then start walking to the front of the bus to go ask about my sister coming on tour
"Hey Jon do you think we can take my sister Shaylinn on tour with us?" I say to Jon with a big smile on my face
"Yeah I think that would be fine"
I thanked him and skipped to the back to the guys
(Shaylinn's pov)
I skip down stairs to go ask my mom about the tour
"Shaylinn who were you talking to up there?" my mom says to me
"Ohh I was just on the phone with Jinxx ...about that he was wondering if I could go on tour with him" I said excited
"Noo I will not allow you to go on tour with a metal band" she said sternly
“MOM I am at the age to do what I want and I am going" I said
"Shaylinn Ferguson I said no!" My mother said smacking me across the face. I just stood there shocked. Then I turned around I ran up to my room as fast as I could crying. I started packing all my clothes and decided to call Jinxx to come pick me up as soon as he can so I can get out of this hell hole.
