Chapter Six

He dropped his tool bag speaking with a range of anger,''What the fuck are you doing here?''.My heart is just racing in fear at the presence of Josh,''I-I am at my cousin's, Ashley's cousins''.I look at his fists,it looks as if he wants to punch me.He gave a death glare at Ashley,she hid behind me.Luke creeped up from behind standing at the door now,thank god!.I let out a sigh of relief,because I know what Josh is capable of,he even had something to do with Mr and Mrs Bustamanté,Ashley's parents.Luke looks at Josh pissed,''Sir don't you have the lights and sound to set up,I didnt hire you to take care of your personal matters here....Josh''.He looks at us concerned,''I will get one of my drivers to take you where you want to go,you're going somewhere right?'',he figured.Its obvious that we're going somewhere.

We nodded.''Let's go ,and Josh do your job quickly I don't have all day'',he said tensely. We all walked off.I feel embarrassed at this moment .Luke meeting my terrifying boyfriend,Ash and I getting scared,telling lies..... I don't know what will happen when I go back to that crappy house.I start to bite my fingernails,Ashley does the same.We all walk silently to the corner of the house to where five stationery cars are along with the car I recognized.They're all expensive Ferrari,Bugatti,Benz,McLaren,Lamborghini,I can never imagine how rich he is.I never mind the riches,its not my intention to be with someone for money.

I am still biting my nails.Luke turns in our direction,gave a confused yet concerned look,''What's worrying you two?''.Ashley and I twinned our voices,''Josh!''.''Why?,what makes you two afraid of him,Tell me?''.I look at him releasing my finger out my mouth,''Ok''..It all started at summer camp

Ashley and I were at summer camp in Miami while just hitting pubertyn.We run,play and do things together like happy little girls as BFF's.One day a little boy with curly brown hair and green eyes appear in our training session. Our martial arts teacher,Mrs.Jules announced,''Hey everybody,this is  Josh Malcolm our new scout,let him feel welcome.Does anyone want to volunteer to watch out for him?''.I jumped up along with Ashley,''We will Mrs.Jules''.She nodded. Josh didn't look like a nice person,he got surrounded by the children in our class .We walked up to him.Ashley held out her hands,''Hi I'm Ashley!''.He spat in her palm,''Get away from me shitface''.She got angry and hit him in his face

In seconds they start fighting and I tried to defend Ashley by punching him in the nose.He starts bleeding and we jumped off him.''Asshole!''''is all I could say.He shot at me,''Whore!''.''Your mom's a whore!''.''No,your mom is a whore,because she's black,all whores are black so are you!''.I got angry and gave him a ninja kick,fighting again. Mrs.Jules parts us.She gave all three of us detention and called our parents .We stayed there for an hour.

Long after detention,Josh was out his dorm with a gun in his hand in the middle of the night in the parking lot where Mr and Mrs Bustamanté  are arguing with Ashley and I . He caught their attention talking to them.He just flick out the gun shooting them infront of us.''Say a word and you're next''.He ran away from the scene before the police came .Long after the police came to investigate,Ashley and I  cried our hearts out and screaming.

After camp,we had a funeral.Ashley couldn't sleep,I had to be comforting her evertnight she had nightmares,she has no family left to live with.I wiped every tear.She does the same.My parents adopted her for our sake.

We started highschool together and Josh kept bothering me to become his girlfriend until he threatens to kill my parents . I forcefully had a relationship with him.If I break up or cheat on him,he would kill me...

''And that's how we're  like this,because he's a criminal''.I said simply.He looks at me worried,''I'm gonna get you some body guards''.Ashley and I nodded.I felt safe now!

Luke made two phone calls and in seconds four fit men in black suits and dark shades appears in a limousine. Luke put us in the vehicle and he looks at me,''I'll be back,I'm gonna change''.I nod.He then disappears from the corner.

Luke came back wearing a grey close fitting V neck,black jeans and black converse.He looks like a model and he's hotter than the last time we met..He sit beside me in the car holding my hands not caring about Ashley's presence,''I'm your main man,if there's any trouble seek help from me,I love you and I don't want anything to harm you not even a mosquito''.I smiled at his words.''Ashley tell them where you want to go''.Ashley nodded at Luke and she whispered in the driver's ear.Luke got out giving me a quick kiss before we drove off.

We drove off and waved to Luke.We drove all over the place handling our businesses on the street,at the studio and bank.We went shopping for the party. We stopped by the hair salon and got my natural hair permed and dyed the edge of my hair burgandy.Ashley tried brown dye in her hair on the edges.We stopped by the nail salon and got our nails done.We got our nails polished with nude nail polish .

We drove back to the mansion with lots of shopping bags in the late evening.To my surprise,the party has already started.
