Poisoned Love

Chapter Three

I wake up scanning the room I am in.I am there laying on a bed with white covers,black and white pin striped pillows,black drapery around the bedding.There are dark polished furniture in the room;the smell of axe cologne filled the room.I hear the sound of water dropping and steam coming out of a room-I assume it's the bathroom.I glance beside the bed,'he' -Luke-was there,shirtless,sitting up,sleeping.I never saw him sleep so peaceful before,he looks so adorable like a penguin.

I sat up in bed removing the covers looking at what I'm wearing. I had on a grey sweatpants with a black mini blouse and I was wearing socks.I got up feeling like I was hit by a hammer in the head,It was a headache,intense pain.The pain felt so intense I start crying.I walk and felt like throwing up but I made an attempt to hold it and passed.I made my way out the room.

I found myself in the hallway.I walked down the hallway looking at the clock,it was 3:00 am,....shit.But wait,didnt I came to a hotel?I walked trying to find the front desk.I kept walking finding myself in a kitchen.The kitchen was structured elegantly with granite counter tops,counter table with granite finishing in the middle of the kitchen with black bar stools around it and a basket of fresh,red apples in the middle.So many cupboards.... I wonder what these people store in each of them.Stainless steel ovens-about three-,fridge,dishwasher and stove made me fall in love with the design of the kitchen.

I don't think this is a hotel,its a mansion Ashley and I came to by mistake.Why would a hotel have an open kitchen and-.....you know what I mean.I can hear footsteps heading my direction.Luke came in the kitchen,in a deep nonchalant tone he asked,''How are you feeling?'',I sighed,'''I hada little headache and feeling better, thanks for asking''.He notices the pain I'm in and the tears that fell sake of the headache.He walks close to me ,staring in my eyes.My heart's pounding,he smiles,''You have beautiful eyes,you're just perfect Dana-''.

Perfect?What does he mean by that anyways.Josh never admired me like this,never.Butterflies flew in my stomach,I stood there looking up at him,he's the one who's perfect-he's like an Adidas model,I'm not perfect-I'm just nothing,a girl with a boring life and a fucked up boyfriend who's gonna be my ex very soon.I looked away and changed the subject,''Am I in a hotel?''.He chuckled,''No,you're at our humble abode''.I cracked a smile.

He stepped away a little.''Can I get you a drink?'',he raised an eyebrow,I nod,''Yeah sure,Monster!''.He went into the fridge grabbing two Monsters and handing one to me and thanked him.''So we only know each other's names,how about a little talk?''he raised his eyebrows waiting for an answer,"Yeah'',is all I can say.He smiled,''So....tell me what your life's like'',I laughed,''You want to know about my life story?''.He gave a serious look,''Yes,its about time to know you-'',''Ok,but don't anyone'',he nodded. "I'm trying to find a guy,that one guy I can look up to,to know him well,a guy that knows how to treat a lady,someone I can trust,love,make stupid arguements,you know....,I have this boyfriend ,he's basically the opposite of what I said,I-''.He looked concerned when a tear fell to my cheeks.

He wiped it away,''I understand your pain Dana,I understand that you want a real boyfriend''.I craked a smile looking in his adorable blue eyes while he clears his throat,''I want to say this but I don't know how to say it.....Sigh......you're in my head since the day I met ,I mean bumped into you in the store,when I looked in your eyes,when you smiled,when you sing,...everything you do drives me crazy, when you hit your head out there yesterday made me go nuts and-and-I-I love you''

''Luke,I lo-'',I was interrupted by the voice of Ashley,''Dana!you're ok!''.She ran to me and hugged me tight,I hugged back,''Yeah I am Ok''.She hands me a paper,''Its an apology letter,read it''.I nod,the paper reads:

I am sorry for fangirling when I saw Calum Hood.
The reason I did that was to get an autograph
If you'd ask,he's a member of the 5SOS boyband
And I am a fan and went crazy when I saw him
I am really really sorry about the incident-

I didn't even bother reading the rest.I gave her a warm smile,''Ash its okay,I was stupid anyways to jump in the other direction...'',I looked around the kitchen,where is Luke?.''What's wrong Dana?'',she looked at me.I implied,''Nothing,nothing''.We sat on the barstool while I finish drinking my Monster.I set down my drink starting a conversation,''Ashley,this place is so beautiful'',she smiled with a reply,''I know right,it reminds me of your house in California......'',''Our house,not mine only,remember you moved in my house when you we're 13 ,and your parents....''I frowned.''died?''she filled in.I felt like I insulted her,I kept speaking,''I'm sorry I brought that up Ash,I kno-''.She shut me up,''Its Ok ,I got over it 6 years ago,I am 19 now.We've been friends since kindergarten and I know my little sis-'',I interrupted,''Oh god you ,don't start your lecture on me now''.She giggled.

I smirked,''I love Ashley,everything about her I love.Her long brunette hair, her emerald eyes,her cherry lips and her personality.Sometimes I get jealous of her,not because she's white and I'm brown,It's because of the good spirit she has'',She laughed,''But I'm jealous of you Dana,your super curly hair,your lips,you-'',''Shut up Ash!''.We laughed

Luke stood at the counter interrupted with a smirk on his face,''Hey,mind if I show you around the house a bit Dana?''
