Addy Miller as Jenny Rodriguez

Maddy-

"Dad! I'm going down to the dock!" I run through the house searching for my board wax. I run to my room and rummage through my desk and drawers. I run back down the stairs into May's room. Her clean desk and bed that reminds me of her so much. I can't find it there so I run to the kitchen and see dad standing there with my block of wax.

"Looking for something?" He throws it to me and I see the white stain from it on his tanned skin.

"Thanks!" I sprint out the door and throw open the shed door. I grab my mint green board that's showing it's age. I strap it onto my bike and jump on. I ride through the street calling out a greeting to everyone I pass. I brake quickly as a street vender runs across with fruit. They apologize as fast as humanly possible and I'm on my way. I keep on riding and soon reach the beach, which my family calls the docks. I lock up my bike and run down to the waves. I ride a big one immediately but after it's get's pretty calm. I lay on the board and look up at the peaceful blue sky with flat clouds on the horizon. I wish I could fly up in the clouds with my family and live a peaceful life with love and no Olive Chambers. But that could never happen. No one has super powers.

Suddenly a big wave washes over me and knocks me off my board. I scramble back on with my hair all wet and salty. I ride a couple more waves, then paddle back in. I spread my towel and lay looking at the changing clouds. Now they look like cotton balls or cotton candy. I want to pull it out on the sky and sit and drink tea while listening to Twenty One Pilots. That would be my dream. Just live on a cloud over the sea and just jump down to surf when I want. If only. But I stop daydreams for now, or I'll be late for school.

Nicholas-

"Okay, you can do it. Just a little closer..." I shut my eyes tight as I reach my hand out, I feel the fur and immediately jump back and screech. I turn on my heel and run. This looks bad, a sixteen year old boy scared of a golden retriever puppy. But then again, I'm going to be late for summer school. I start running next to a girl. A cute girl at that.

"Where are you going?" She glances at me, her eyes narrowed. I glance at her shoes, and outfit. A dress and flats.

"None of your business." Oh, someone with sass. "But, you are pretty cute, so, summer school." See, I always get through to the best of them.

"Jupiter High School?" Please be Jupiter, please be Jupiter.

"Yeah, you too? I'm in Science prep for a Intellectual camp in July." Well, I guess I'm going to be getting to know this girl very well.

"That's exactly what I'm doing." I smile and so does she. We reach the building after a little more running. Which, I don't really like running, but with a girl, wait.

"What's your name? I'm Nicholas, but my friends call me Nico." Ha, like I have friends. I'm going to school in the summer, Science prep no less.

Dang, that smile. "I'm Jenny, but my friends call me Jen." Well, she probably has friends, she's so beautiful. She probably has a boyfriend too. We walk into together and sit down next to each other.

Jeremy-

"What if I just don't go?" I walk around and stall. What if someone sees me, I'll never hear the end of it. Basketball and Baseball player, also smart? What? No.

"Jeremy, you don't have much of a choice. I already payed for everything." My mom shoves me out the door and into the car.

"But mom, what..."

"JC. No." I look out the window and just watch. The scenery, different cars. Don't get me wrong I love Art and History. But, no one needs to know that. I'm an athlete, not a nerd. I really really hope no one sees me. I'll never hear the end of it. I'm even missing Baseball for this, pitiful. My mom signed me up. I swear, if anyone questions me.
