"Are you sure?" Marshall asked. "I can drive you to the store, I don't want you going alone. It's dark, something could happen."
"Awwww, is Marshall worried?" You smirked and cupped your boyfriends face in your hands. You admired his baby blue eyes and ran you fingers along his chiseled jaw. You brushed your thumbs against his defined cheek bones.
He blushed, leaning into your soft hands. "Yes I am."
"I'll be fine." You smiled and kissed him. He kissed back, taking your waist and drawing you close. His tongue slipped into your mouth, like it always did when you shared a passionate kiss. His fingers tucked under your shirt, brushing against your skin, and you understood that he was trying to distract you. You smiled against his luscious lips and took both his hands, pulling your mouth away.
"Please don't go." He mumbled. You looked at him softly. He honestly looked worried for you. He knew you could defend yourself, but it was still playing in his head.
"Why?"
"That kiss was alittle passionate." He smirked slightly. He was trying every trick in the book to make you stay.
"Did all the blood rush to your head baby?" You teased.
"Eh, I think it rushed somewhere else." He peppered kisses down your neck.
"Marshall," You giggled, slapping his arm gently. "I'll be five minutes I swear."
"Fiiiiine, go on then. I'll be waiting for you upstairs. " He patted your ass before you left. You knew the streets well, you'd grown up there. It didn't bother you that it was dark, but it bothered Marshall. Detroit was dangerous at night. You walked straight to the shops and bought a condom and the rest of the things you needed. You paid with the cash in your pocket and walked out.
It was darker now, if it wasn't for the street lights it would be pitch black. There were some rowdy kids playing music from their Bluetooth speakers. They were blocking the path. So to avoid confrontation you turned down the alley.
"Ay, what's up baby? You're looking abit lost." A man said, his hood was covering his face. Not that you wanted to see his face, it was probably drug damaged and weather beaten. And besides, the only mans face you wanted to see was Marshall's.
"I ain't lost, I've lived here for years." You rolled your eyes and walked past the bunch of lads.
"Woah! Wait." One of them grasped your wrist. "You're Eminem's pretty little ho aren't you?"
"He's my partner, we're serious, I am not just a ho. He loves me." You pulled your wrist away.
"Gobby ain't ya?" One growled.
"Says you." You fired back. You were never one to back down from a fight, but there was too many here for you to take on alone.
Before you could retaliate, you were slammed against the dirty, damp wall, your face pressed against the wall, causing it to break your skin slightly. You squirmed.
"Wanna apologise?" He whispered.
"Never." You growled.
He raised his fist. You prepared for the blow.
"Oi!" Relief flooded through you as you heard Marshall's voice. "Back the fuck off!" The man was dragged off of you.
Marshall slammed him against the wall, his arm pressing into his neck and his shirt balled in his red fist. The rest of the boys ran.
"S-sorry man! Sorry!" The boy cried out, screaming like a girl. Marshall raised his fist.
You touched his back gently,"Baby stop."
He loosened the man, and he ran for his life; tripping over some bin bags. Marshall turned to you, he looked pissed off.
"I'm sorry." You mumbled.
"Are you hurt?" He said.
"Yes I'm fine, are you?"
"I'm not that one just nearly got street raped."
"I wouldn't have gotten raped!"
"You're right," He cupped your face. "Because I'd have saved you."
"Has the blood rushed somewhere new?" You giggled.
"Mmhm, right to my fists." He smiled, kissing you softly.
