Ghost

Chapter 6: Meeting Once Again

The next morning Jackie woke up and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth. She looked like a hot mess. She was getting ready to go to a baking class that she attended to every Saturday.

She stripped herself naked and put her bathrobe on. It was pink and fluffy, therefore she was kept warm.

Jackie made her way to the bathroom but then saw that her mother was in the bathroom. The water was turned on so she was in the shower.

"Mother hurry up I need to get ready for my baking class." Jackie shouted while knocking on the door.

"Calm down sweetie I'm almost done." Maria replied.

Jackie made her way back to her bedroom and opened up her laptop. If there is a ghost of Skylar, then he must have been alive before. So let's look this up.

Skylar was entered into the search engine and multiple pictures of different guys named Skylar popped up. She skimmed through the pictures and saw the face of her ghost. She clicked on it and a story appeared. This is what it read:
Skylar Gray, 17 years old, died on May 24, 2007 due to a car crash. His mother and father were found with him. Sadly, none of them survived and they were all found dead. The person who killed the Gray family was Amelia Jackson. She claimed that it was an accident but the judges found her guilty. She will be serving in jail for the next 15 years since she killed 3 people.

Jackie's POV

It was the year of 2008 which means that Skylar and his family have been dead for over 1 year now. I placed my laptop on my desk and went over to sit on my bed. I began to cry because I could not imagine losing your life at 17 due to someone else.

My mother walked into my room with her towel on.

"Are you okay sweetie?"

"I'm fine mom."

I wiped my face from tears and made my way to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and then took my bathrobe off. I jumped into the shower and put my head under the water. I first put conditioner in my hair so I can remove the knots and then I put shampoo 2 times so I can thoroughly wash my hair. Finally, I put conditioner one last time in my hair and leave it there while I take a shower. Once I was done bathing myself and washing my hair, I stepped out and grabbed my towel. I wrapped it around myself and put my slippers on. A strand of hair was under my foot so I bent down to remove it. As soon as I stood back up Skylar was there.

"Ahhhhh!!!" I yelled.

My towel dropped and Skylar started staring with his eyes bulged forward.

"Quit staring you perv!" I yelled and grabbed my towel.

My mom came running into the bathroom. As she turned the knob, Skylar disappeared.

"What happened?" She asked.

My face went pale. I didn't want to tell her about Skylar so I lied.

"I thought I saw a spider." I sheepishly said.

"You didn't have to yell like that. I thought something was wrong."

She closed the door and made her way back to her room.

I scowled and walked to my room making sure I held my towel tight. I got dressed and did my hair.
