Jackie woke up to discover that her make-up was smeared and there were several tissues spread across her bed. She hadn't left her room at all last night due to how hurt she was.
It was Monday morning and she had to get ready for school. She wasn't going to be with her best friends. Therefore, she was a little nervous. She was never really good with making friends.
She headed over to her closet and got dressed. Afterwards she applied make-up and did her hair.

She went downstairs to eat breakfast. Jackie expected to have a good breakfast awaiting her at the kitchen table. Instead she found a note on the refrigerator.
Had to go to work early. There are scrambled eggs in the fridge. Just heat them up. Have a good day at school. Love, Mom
Jackie wanted her mom to be here with her, giving her a speech about how everything was going to be fine. Instead she got a note telling her to have a good day.
She took the scrambled eggs out of the refrigerator and heated them up. As she was waiting for her breakfast to warm up, she went to the living room and put on tv. She put the news on and watched it. It talked about what the weather was going to be like and about robberies that happened last night.
Talking about last night reminded her of what happened between her and Skylar. She really didn't mean to offend Skylar by what she said.
"Skylar, please just listen. I'm really sorry about what happened last night. I didn't mean to offend you."
Skylar appeared angrily.
"Why don't you just go and find a real guy to date. We're over Jackie. I'm not your boyfriend anymore."
He disappeared. Jackie took a moment to process everything and then her brain understood everything. She realized that Skylar just broke up with her.
She went from apologetic Jackie to sobbing Jackie. She was now crying hysterically.
The microwave beeped indicating her eggs were ready. Jackie dragged her feet over to the microwave and opened it. She took the eggs out and threw them on the floor. The glass container that was holding the eggs shattered. Jackie took her phone out and dialed Gianna, Sammy, and Sofia's number.
