You were running frantically through the halls unable to find your next class. You were late and needed to get there ASAP, eventually you collapsed on the floor placing your books next to you and sitting next to some lockers. You put your face in your knees and sighed, wondering if anyone would even catch you skipping class. "Hey." You heard someone say, your head snapped up instantly. It was a boy. You think you've seen him around before, he was a Senior. It was funny how it seemed like he was basically everywhere. "How's it goin Senior." You say letting one of your legs fall over, combing a hand through your hair. "Can't find your class or something?" He asks you. You hesitated for a second, "Yes...actually..." You reply awkwardly. "We'll do you want me to help you get there?" He asks, holding out his hand. "Why are you being so nice to me..?" You say hesitantly. His face reddens a bit as he rubs the back of his neck. "I try to be nice to everyone..." He replies. You grab your books and stand up, "Well I'm really lost so if you would help me to my classroom that would be lovely." You tell him, handing him your schedule and pointing to the class you were heading to. "Oh! You weren't far from your class, if you had walked just a little farther you would have found it." He says, chuckling. You hit your head against the locker angrily, "WHOA! Calm down! It's alright I did the same exact thing my first day of school. Don't feel stupid." He says smiling at you. You look at him and can't help but smile back. He jokingly puts out a hand and you chuckle, taking his hand. He leads you to your class which really wasn't far ahead. You let go of his hand and stand at the door going to say goodbye. "This is like a really awkward date." You say chuckling. He smirks, "Would you want to go on another one this weekend?" You giggle, kissing him on the cheek. "I'd love to." You open the door and sigh, murmuring to yourself. "Math..."
