I can't hold this in much longer. It's been one day and I feel like I'm going to actually explode! I've told my dads and Piper and they can't tell me what to do. "The right thing to do is tell him." Dads say, "you can't do this to him. He'll be heart broken. But I'm going to punch Kessica in her fake nose" said Piper the other day.

And what's even worse is prom is tomorrow. I can't let him go to a milestone in his life with an ugly hearted, trashy, fake, girl!

But yet, I can't tell him cause then he'll be mad at me for not telling him sooner or for telling him or something!

He's my best friend. My first one. I can't do that to him... But I can't not do that to him either...

I don't know what to do.

Please tell me what to do, mom.

I can't do this.

"Norabella? Anyone home?"
Kyle says snapping his fingers in front of my face. I blink a few times and my eyes meet his.

"Yeah, yeah, sorry. I'm good"
I murmur, poking my salad with my fork.

"What's wrong, Nor?"
He asks me with worry in his eyes.
"Nothing" I say with a fake smile. Faker then Kessia's boobs.

"Honey, I've known you for 8 years. I know when you're upset"
He chuckles. I shake my head slightly and look over at Piper and Paul.

They're acting all coupley. It's so cute.

"So, are you guys excited for prom?" I ask my best friends as I pick up and open my water bottle.

"I'm so excited! This is going to be the best night ever" Kyle exclaims happily.

I scoff mentally.
"I'm really really excited." Piper smiles at Paul.

"Me to" Paul agrees, smiling.
"It's going to me fun" I say.

Lie.

"Oh! There's Kessica. I'm going to go over a chat" Kyle says standing up, then jogging over to her.

"I hate that girl" Piper bitterly says glancing over at them.
"I can agree to that." Paul says looking over as well.

"When are you going to tell Kyle that she's cheating on him?"
Paul asks me, looking back at me.

I roll my eyes and glare at Piper.
"You told him?" I whisper yell to her.

"Heh." She murmurs.

"Whatever it's fine. You're my best friend to so you deserve to know" I say looking over at Paul.
"Pardon me as I go throw up"
I say as Kyle and Kessica start... Kissing...

I pick up my lunch tray and drop it off where the other ones are, and walk out of the cafeteria and down the empty halls.

Almost empty halls. A few girls are getting stuff from their lockers.

I walk outside of the school, and sit one of the benches right next to the door.

I look over a little to the left and see a boy. He looks like a stereotypical 'bad boy'.

Clearly he fits the image, cause he's smoking.
Nu-uh!

I stand up and walk over to him.

I snatch the cigarette from his two fingers, smash my foot over his after throwing it on the ground.

"Smoking is bad for you"
I say looking up at his shocked face.
"I know. That was kinda rude, don't you think?"
He asks crossing his arms and putting his foot on the wall behind him.

"Yeah. But when you don't get lung cancer, you'll be thanking me"
I say. He chuckles at me.

"Norabella right?"
He asks. "That's me. How'd you know?"

"Well, my little bro watches your dads gaming video, and I know your his daughter, and basically everyone knows you so you know"

I squint my eyes.
"Well you seem to know me, but I don't know you. What's your name?"

He reaches his hand out, which I shake.
"The names Kai"

"The name, or your name?"
He chuckles quietly.

I hear the bell ring from inside the school.
"Well, later smoky. Hope you don't get lung cancer!"
I say turning around and walking back inside.

"Gee. Thanks!"
He calls out after me. I smile to myself as I enter my class.

Kai. Hmm.
