The game ended with Jackson's serious face and disbelief that some new guy beat him. I can't blame the new guy, he has been known good at playing soccer since we were in grade school.

"OMG! That new guy is really hot!" Germaine said.

"What's his name?" Tori came out of nowhere.

"Patrick Hemwin" I answered

"You know him?" Germaine said. "You should introduce us to him."

"Have you forgotten? He is Patrick. The kid when we were on grade who was so in love with me?" I said, and their eyes widened in shocked. I still remember the time that he kept on following me around. He annoys me so much. He keeps on telling people that I am his girlfriend, like hello. I'm still 12 and too young to have a boyfriend. His fan girl kept on bullying me, saying 'that I cast a spell on him since I looked like a witch. Doesn't mean my hair is messy means I am a witch, and please, witches don't exist anymore in this world at least it's what I believed in.

"Omg! Patrick Justin Hemwin!" Germaine said.

"Miss me Germaine?" Patrick came out of nowhere.

"Wow. You have changed a lot! Never thought that someone so geeky before could turn out to be this hot. I guess puberty really hit you hard." Tori said.

"Yep. But there is only one thing that didn't change. And never will change." He said looking at me. I turned to the other direction, and saw Jackson shooting daggers to Patrick. This is bad. Now that Patrick is the new captain of the soccer team, they will bump into each other frequently. Knowing Jackson, he doesn't want the spotlight to be taken away from him.

"Hey Dani. Didn't you miss me?" Patrick said.

"Why would I miss you?" I said rolling my eyes at him. He walk towards me and trap me both of his arms on the wall. I am sure that this will attract so much attention.

"You never changed a bit Dani. Damn! You still make my heart beat fast. You are still beautiful. Too bad I didn't made it to your birthday, but belated happy birthday Daniella Maxine Reights Hoodford, I'll send my present to your house later." Patrick whispered, and why do I find it sexy? He went closer to me, I thought he was going to kiss me but then he went closer to my ears. "I'm back Maxine. I'm back for you. This time, I'll make it right. I'll make you fall for me." He smirked and started walking away.

I hate him. Why does he have to be back? My life is peaceful when he wasn't around, and now, I don't think so. He knows my secret but he already told me that he likes me even if I'm not rich, it kind of made me like him a little but my hate for him always cover the like feeling I have for him. He made my grade school days a living hell. What more now? He is such a conceited jerk for me.

"What did he said?" Germaine snap be back to reality.

"He said, he will make it right this time, and he will make sure that I will fall for him." I said.

"He really is into you. If I were you, I will really fall for him. You won't find another man like him that accepts you for who you are." Tori said.

"I am still supporting Jackson and Dani." Germaine added.

"I don't know." I said, and I know they understand why.

"Let's go home? We are half day today." Germaine said.

"We will have a movie marathon." Tori said. "HORROR MOVIES!"

We started walking out of the soccer field. I told them to wait for me in the car since I have to put my books on my locker. I don't want to carry a heavy bag. As I went to my locker, Jackson is leaning on his locker. I'm having second thoughts right now if I should go straight to my locker and act as if I didn't see him, or I should just go the other way around and go home carrying this bag that feels like that rocks are inside of it, but it seems like fate has other plans. Jackson seem to have noticed my presence and doubt if I should come near or not. He immediately walked to my direction, so I decided to just continue walking towards my locker. I don't know why I'm feeling restless whenever I see him around, maybe because he might recognize me but it would be hard for me not to see him around since we are stepping on the same land, and breathing the same air.

He is getting closer and closer, while my heart is palpitating so hard. Okay. Calm down Dani. Don't be too obvious. He is getting closer. Okay Dani you are about to pass beside him. Three. Two. One. Yes! I breathe in relief that I finally passed him without any embarrassing things happening. As I reached my locker I immediately opened it. I put all my books and was about to close it when a note fell.

I know what you're thinking. I know you think that I'm just playing you around, well in fact I'm not. I'm serious that I'll be always here for you, but I won't let you see me first. For now I'll just make you feel that there is always someone who will stay by your side no matter what.

Wow. Second letter today. But I'm still not buying it. I'm pretty sure P stands for Prank. I'm not easy to fool people. I locked my locker, and crumpled the paper and shoot it to the nearest bin. I started walking my way to the parking lot when I felt someone is following. The hallways are clear now since people are all excited to get their asses out of here. So it's just me walking alone the halls. Maybe not, since I felt someone looking at me and following me. I turned to the back and saw nothing, so I continued walking, and here goes the feeling of someone following me. I sped up a little, well maybe I ran. I immediately turned to the left and I felt a sigh of relief that it was already the parking lot.

I immediately ran to Germaine's car and went inside. They gave me a confused look, wondering why I am panting like a dog, of course except that my tongue's out.

"You okay? You look like you came from a hurricane." Germaine said.

"I felt someone following me." I said still trying to bring back my breathing to normal.

"Are you sure? Last time I checked every one already got their asses out of here." Tori said busy clicking on here phone. Germaine started the engine and started driving out of here.

"OH MY GOLLY BANANAS!" Tori shrieked that made Germaine lose control on the steering wheel. We almost crashed on a lamppost, good thing she stepped on the breaks in a split second. We had a hard time processing what happened, then we checked ourselves if we are okay. Thank goodness we're okay.

"What the freaking eff was that Tori! You nearly killed the hell out of our lives!" Germaine shouted to Tori.

"I'm so sorry Ger. It's just that this made me lose control." Tori explained referring to her phone.

"And what's in there?" Germaine said rising her brow.

"Oh you will have the same reaction as mine." Tori then gave her phone to Germaine, while I'm just here listening to them.

"HOLY CHEESE BALLS!" Germaine shrieked with her eyes wide open and her jaw dropped on the floor. They stared at each other and then stared at me. I rose my brow giving them why- are- you- staring- at- me- like- I- did- something- against- the- court- of- law?- look.

They handed me the phone, at first I was quite hesitant if I should take a look at it, but if it would calm their nerves I grabbed it. I rolled my eyes at them before turning my attention to the phone.

My eyes widened in shock and frustration. My jaw hanging wide open.

You have got to be kidding me!

I look up to face Tori and Germaine. I know what my expression is now. Frustrated. Mad. Shocked.

"Continue driving Ger. Let's go home." I said looking down.

"Do you--"

"Let's go home." I said in full authority and I know they are surprise that I used that tone on them. I hate to command them but I had left no other choice. If we won't get out of here I might explode.

Germaine started driving and I know she is shaking.

"Ahhhh" I screamed in frustration. I can not believe this!
