Albus Potter and the Flame Phoenix

The Phoenix, The Lizard & The Eye

4 months had passed since Albus and Scorpius had got together, few people knew, by few people they meant Leo and Rose. Albus had been following his book and, with the help of professor Stillo (who like most of the other teachers had been overly friendly with Al,) he managed to produce a protrunus, his was a Phoenix. When Stillo asked what his happy memories were he lied, He diddnt want anyone else knowing he was Gay before he told his family, he said they were his first time flying (not his first kiss) and when he got his broom (not when he gave Scorpius a locket with a picture of them in it) 

Snake was busy spoiling him, sending him weekly gifts, now he had a solid silver ding with a green gem in it, a vile of Felix Filisise (liquid luck) which he planned on using in his O.W.LS, a goblin made knife (silver and completed with many green gems and the snake symbol on) and snitch which was golden with a snake symbol on.

He stared dreamily out into the distance then he saw a flicker of red and yellow. He saw it again. Using  a telescope he saw it. A Phoenix. He was sure, it was his protrunus after all! He grabbed his Lightning Bolt and monted it, within the minuet he was in the Dark Forrest searching for what he'd seen. 

He fluttered on to the top of the trees, about 50 yards away sat a Phoenix. 

"Hey there mate," 

The Phoenix blinked and Al put his broom down. 

"Expecto Protrunum," he muttered and a silver Phoenix erupted out of his wand. 

The Phoenix played with the charm and edged closer to Al. 

"I'm going to call you Flame, is that okay?" 

Flame made a low cry, he looked suspiciously at Albus as he put his wand away 

Al just started to chat to Flame, the more secrets the closer Flame moved. Al spoke about Scorpius for hours, it was almost dark when Flame sung to him and hoped on his shoulder as if to say 'take me with you' 

He wondered around the Forrest, lost, looking for s way out when a voice said 

"Albus Potter well well well." 

"Who are you," 

"I am Lizard." 

"One of Snakes family?" 

"Yesssss." He licked his lips with a forked tongue... A FORKED TOUNGUE!?

"Are you friendly?"

"Not to you, you see Potter, when Snake said that he wanted you in his family I detested but the others, yes there are others, all liked the look of you. Now when Snake gave you that scar, yes it was snake, he marked you as his own."  He pulled up his top to show a massive Lizard. "Until now I have been the youngest and the best and the better looked after one that won't change! I shall enjoy killing you Phoenix" 

"So it's first child revalry?" Asked Albus before 

"Stupify!" Yelled Albus 

Lizard blocked with a non verbal spell,

"Crucio!" Al doged. "Crucio! Crucio!" Lizard shouted and he hit Al. 

Pain. 

Make it stop 

Pain. 

Stop! 

"Any last words?" Asked Lizard 

Al opened his mouth and said for the first time in his life:

"Fuck You"

"AVADA KEDAVRA!" 

"Owwwy." Said al 

"Why diddnt it work?" 

"Jeeze I dunno maybe it runs in the family." 

Then Lizard started to shoot killing curses and pain curses at him. Everything went black.

Harry looked at his son, it was as if he was sleeping. But no he was dead. It had come as a shock when Scorpius Malfoy told him that Al was gay and they were dating, now he was Watching his wife comfort his sons boyfriend and his enemy's son, weird huh? A healer from st Mungos was there. 

"Is he dead?" Scorpius asked, Harry detected a flicker of hope on Scorpiuses face as of waiting to hear good news. 

"No he is in a death trance." Said healer Munrow 

"How do we get him out of it?" 

"You can't no ever has come out of one before." Sniffled Hermione 

They had speculated what had happened, Al had seen the Phoenix which stood by his son watching everyone near him, and tamed him then ran into Lizard, one of the most dangerous wizards on earth. Using a truth potion Lizard or Barny Blawell had said how he saw Albus and duelled him, and how he had to use the killing curse multiple times and other curses to get him into this trance. Then There was a flash and some unknown people came and saved lizard, leaving them clueless.

"So the boy will die?" Asked Draco 

"Either we kill him or he is in an enturnal sleep." 

"Shit," 

Harry and Ginny spoke. There was no way of bringing him back, all the time Al was in this death trance  it hurt him, they would have to kill him. The draft of living death, they would use. And then they would put al to sleep next to his family's grave. 

"Do it." Cried Ginny . 

Then the Phoenix cried not letting anyone Near Al! He had realised what was happening and wouldn't allow it, then he started to cry and sing. It was the most beautiful thing he had ever heard. Then the Phoenix started to blur and it cried and cried into Albus. Then Als chest started to move, he was out of the trance! 

"What happened?" 

"The Phoenix transfered half of his life force into Albus," stated Hermione "it brought him back to life but it had a terrible cost. Al will live a normal life but he will live longer then a normal person. Also neither can live without the other. So say if Al dropped dead now the Phoenix would die as well. Say we killed the Phoenix Al would die. Every month when the Phoenix is reborn Al will feel more alive then ever," 

"How do you know?" Asked Harry

"I studied Phoenixes for years." 

"Of course."

Was Al blind? He couldn't see anything! 

"Hellooo?" He asked 

"Al!" Exclaimed everyone and hastily told him what happened. 

"So I'm gunna live to 100?" He asked 

"No Phoenixes live to about 600 by the looks of your Flame, he is young, unless murded you two will both live to over 300." Replied Hermione 

"That sucks if I can't see!" Yelled Al 

Scorpius held his hand, he felt calmer. 

"Have you tried opening you eyes?" 

"Um no-" everyone chuckled 

He opened his eyes and everyone gasped one eye was green, and one was red & yellow.

He was coming home, people were used to his eyes and Scorpius could stay for the whole summer! (Of course they would be apart for a week whilst the potters got ready) ever since James and Fefe got together well James had been nice. Al smiled could he have asked for a better year?
