Chloe's POV
I'm so happy Jacob is back from his magcon tour! And I'm nearly at 100k followers on musical.ly. I was in jacob's house because I wanted to sleepover. I walked into his room and see that he was unpacking in the corner. I walked up to him and hugged him from behind. He smiled at me and pecked me on the lips. I stared walking towards his bed when a liquid dripped from my leg. Jacob saw that and looked at me concerned. We both realised what it was and screamed
"THE WATER BROKE!!"
Everyone ran to us even baby mason! (Mason is Daniel and Kenzie's son) They quickly got me in the car and drove me to the closest hospital. The nurses put me in a large room with white floors and mint green walls.
Soon it began...
Doctor 1: are you sure she is in labor?
Me and Jacob: WHAT THE F*CK DOES IT LOOK LIKE?! CONSTIPATION?!
It hurt. I felt like giving up.
Doctor 1: aha here is the head!

Doctor 1: He is out!
Chloe: thank god that's over!
Doctor 2: Uhhh actually there is another one coming!
We all gasp
"TWINS!!!" Everyone yells

10 minutes later...

Doctor 3: here are your twin babies, one girl and one boy.
Jacob: so we agreed that I will name the boy and you will name the girl.
Me: I would like to introduce you guys to Emma Milana Sartorius!
Jacob: And I would like to introduce you to Aidan Wyatt Sartorius!

Hey guys! Sorry this Ep was short but I have some sad news. I am stopping this story. But I am doing a sequel to it! But not in Chloe's life but her daughter Emma's life! I don't know when it will be up but hopefully soon!
