A scream filled the bus. I stared shocked at the sight. Ella was no longer asleep in my lap, but standing in front of Ashton. She had the guardians Shou in her bare hand. But She wasn't the one screaming. The guardian was letting out a howl in pain. Ella had twisted the Shou but the guardian still held on. He didn't really have a choice though. The way a Shou works is that once you have the handle in your hand a leather strap attaches it's self to your wrist then turns on the electricity, and doesn't come off until it is place back in the pouch. He was trapped. Arm twisted behind his back by the small girl. He threw a punch at her she caught his fist in her free hand and squeezed. There was the sound of bone crunching. The man scream louder. He was an 'all powerful' guardian as we were lead to believe and he was being taken down by this small 16 year old girl.
I can see why she was deemed different, and sent on this death trip. Still so young no matter what happens you shouldn't be taken until you are of age. And what about her brother why was he here. I looked at Ashton who was calmly beginning to stand. My gaze flicks to Ella who has brought the guardian to his knees. I noticed something. Her eyes. Ella's eyes have changed. They went from a crystal ruby color to a deep crimson red, darker than blood. Her eyes were emotionless as she continued to slowly break the mans right arm. His left which he had used to try to hit her hung limply at his side. He was begging for mercy. Her face was void of emotion just like her eyes. Everyone on the bus was silently watching this go down. Even the other guardians just stayed in their places and watched. The sound of his arm snapping echoed through the quiet. The only sounds were his screams and cries for mercy and the sound of breaking bones. I see Ashton who has stopped by Ella's side. I watch as he places a hand on her shoulder and whispers in her ear.
"I think he's had enough... Any more and you might kill him." She doesn't show any signs of hearing her twin. She then replies in a dark tone.
    "Good."
And then jerks his arm up quickly. Earning a scream of pain from him as the sounds of flesh tearing and bones snapping fill the bus.

Drip
Drip
Drop
Drop
The rain had stopped long ago but the sound of drops hitting the floor could be heard. But these weren't rain drops, these drops were colored crimson. The guardians body fell to the ground as Ella released him from her hold. He curled up in a fetal position, crimson pooling underneath his body. Ella turned to her brother and he embraced her in a hug, stroking the back of her head in a loving manner. Her eyes had returned  to their normal ruby red color. As she hugged her brother. Tears  glossing  her eyes.
"I was so scared..." She sniffed "that he was going to hurt you." She finished. Crystal tears tracing a path down her pale face.
"Its ok..." Ashton whispers, kissing the side of her head. "I'm ok..."
Everyone on the bus was shocked scared to move, fearing that if they made a sound they would meet the same fate as the now bloody lifeless body that was once a highly trained guardian.
The other guardians didn't move the body but continued driving the bus of death. The twins eventually took their places next to me again. And the guardians resume taking role call. Everyone acted like the fight never happened, like the body in the walk way didn't exist. No one made a sound. I looked over at Ella who was starring at the bloody body, and the weirdest thing happened....

She smiled.
