(Third persons POV)

Steve ran threw the halls of the HYDRA base, looking for weapons or anything that should be taken out before they blowed the place, he came to a stop when he saw a heavily bolted door, he pressed him com and spoke, "I think I found something".

"We'll take it and get out" Starks voice replied boredom, obviously there.

"It's bolted shut" Steve rolled himseyes, "where you at cap? I'll come blow it open?" Clint's voice said as he shot His arrows at an agent, killing him.

"down in the basement, two doors down from the labs" Steve replied as his hand traced the bolted door.

"Ok, I'll be their in a sec" was clients reply, Steve pulled his hand away from the com and he stared at the door curiously.

Suddenly their was a light knock on the other side, Steve's eyes widened a little, he knocked back to see if he was imagining it or not, but another light noise rung in his ears, he then called out.

"Hello? Is anyone in there?"

His only reply was the shuffling of feet and light crying.

"Hello?" He called again.

"Who you talking to?" Clint asked walking into the room, Natasha behind him, "someone is in there" he stated.

"A prisoner?"

"I don't know"

"well then let's open it up"

Clint aimed his arrow and fired, everyone ducked as the door exploded, pushed off its hinges.

They all stood up, eyes wide when they saw a little girl, pale skin and blonde hair and blue eyes, blood and dirt covering her head to toe, she looked no older than 8.

Tears stained her eyes and checks as she pulled herself thrust her into the corner.

"Clint" Natasha mumbled looking at him, he shrugged, the Captain walked into the cell but the girl cried, obviously scared.

"Shh~ it's ok" he cooed, she wiped away her tears, sniffed, trying not to cry.

"We are the good guys, we are here to rescue you"

The little girl looked up at him, eyes widened then mumbled "daddy?"

"No Hun, he's not a dad" Natasha said, coming forward and bending down next to here, she frowned, poor girl, must be so confused.
