The St. Stephens College, New Delhi. I had always been waiting for this moment in life to come and now I'm finally over here; it's a feeling of complete ecstasy. It really feels surreal to now see it as my present and in future as my amiable past; I'm finally studying in my dream college. This institution is mainly all about the riches, and so is the factor of paying off the fees; I couldn't have got my name on the list if I hadn't got the golden ticket of scholarship. It's been a week since my stay over here and I feel like a pauper trapped among the big-headed Richie Richs'. Like almost every educational institution this college features a star couple who seem to be genetically a perfect match. It's like; I have never seen two people having much more ego and pride in them of their parents' riches as they have.

Bethany is the girl having her monthly grace more than my father's monthly income. It's not that I'm actually poor but it's that her mom is Hillary Osborne, one of the top 100 richest women in the world and truly her fashion sense is mind blowing. It's like, damn, she has in her closet all the latest fashion trends; dresses which I see in the vogue magazine worn by Kendall Jenner or the super model Gigi Hadid and I see her with almost that same dress on and looking seriously stupefying like even she could be featured in the GQ magazine. What she doesn't have? She's got the looks, flawless beauty, blond straight, shiny, silken hair, a toned body, sees the world from her 5' 7" frame and a perfect boyfriend for whom she's his everything.

On the other edge of this perfect relationship is Shane Stone, the heart throb of the entire college. There's not a single girl, excluding me who doesn't dies for his looks. Well, I would be lying to myself if I say that I'm indifferent to his enchanting beauty and personality, there's something in him which would not make a person walk past him like we do in case of any Mr. X, it's that one would be compelled to turn back and give him a glance and admire him even for the split of a second. So, I liking him instead of his entire ego and over attitude is totally normal and I disliking him is abnormal; weird but true.

Like me, Shane is also over here to get him an honors degree in business studies so that he could manage his dad's billion-dollar legacy, whereas on my part I want a white-collar job in some reputed MNC like Google or Microsoft or any such company. So, here's the thing Shane is absolutely stunning with his dazzling personality, swag, Tom Cruise like attitude and his drooling looks. He has those beautiful bronze eyes and brownish-golden messy hair, which could make any girl drool over him.

"Hale?" Stacey almost screamed my name and pulled me out of my train of thoughts; here's this totally crappy pause to my liberty of writing down my experience in my diary. I turned around and saw my roommate standing at the door and was inquisitively staring at me. She had red mane and was fair complexioned; a total crazy chic in her dressing approach. Tank tops and frayed denims are her choice. My inspection on her character from one week's mingle is that she is all business type, like totally no non sense type. A person totally different from me- the funny type.

"What ya doing? I had to call your name three times in a row. "I rolled my eyes. Seriously? Did she just make her unwanted interruption only to know what I was doing? Well, I was enjoying myself and you simply ruined it by showing up at the worst possible time.

I'm doing something absolutely boring for you. "Nothing much interesting." I didn't want to disclose to her that I maintain a diary so that I would find her secretly reading on my secrets. Although I suspect if she would do anything of that sort but still I don't put my trust in her. She went across the room to her bed and lay down on her back with her Converse on.
