My dorm room is much bigger than my room back home. It has three bunks, two on the either side of the wall and one in the middle. There are three wooden double door wall cupboards arranged in a row opposite to every bed. There are three big wooden racks arranged horizontally on the peach wall adjacent to the wall having the cupboards. There was a small wooden table by the window with a chair. I traded my rack for the small study table, when I made the offer then they looked at me like I was some eccentric for trading my rack for the study table. Stephanie was ready to let me have the study table without any trading but Stacey opposed against it. Even though she got nothing much to do with studying but still how can she leave her policy of selfishness.

I've never had a better friend than Stephanie in my whole life. Neither of us has a boyfriend so during the Fresher's we both had each other's company and still it was fun. We both have a sisterly bond like always trying to understand each other. I love her but right now she is a real nuisance for me as she is driving me crazy with her loud EDMs. She is dancing to Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, David Guetta, and so many more that were digging in my skull and ruining my whole pleasure of writing. It's not that I dislike them or EDM for that matter; I just need some silence to put in writing my memoir.

"Stephanie this is the third time I'm telling you to enjoy the EDM only to yourself. I'm doing some serious work which requires concentration and you're ruining it."

"Okay." She lowered the music down to a considerable level so that she could continue with her dancing and me with my writing.

"You miss your family, don't you?" Stephanie interrogated by hawking on my memoirs.

What the heck? I reflexively closed my diary to sneak my feelings away from her curious eyes. "You're so horrible. You know reading someone's personal diary without the person's prior permission is such a breach on privacy." I complained. I was furious at her.

"My apologies." She smiled goofily to bring the pressure down even to a notch, "well I was reading it in front of you that means I was not violating any privacy rules."

"What...you..." I was so mad at her that I couldn't even complete my sentence.

"Hey cool down I didn't read much. I was just messing up with you. You know you are very temperamental and trust me it's tempting to see you in your tantrum. You look very funny." A smile kissed her lips on thinking of the entertainment which she got at the cost of my composed frame of mind.

"You know you are so atrocious." I was still furious.

"Cool down, I swear I didn't read much I was just picking on you."

"You are speaking the truth?" I crossed my arms across my chest still couldn't buy her answer.

"I maintain a personal diary." she gave a sideway glance. Well that was the conclusion to the whole sorry and to the antagonism chapter yet still a beginning to a new episode. I smiled on looking at her.

"Don't you dare do that." Oh yeah, it's now my time.

"I'm an abysmal person. Trust me I've more than enough dare to do it." I leered.

"I'm so ludicrous to let it out to you. I won't talk to you if you do it." She cried.

"Then don't because I'm gonna do it."

"Okay, now I've spared on you but trust me if you read mine then I'll be reading yours." I'm not gonna back down.

"At least we'll be neutral."

She looked at her watch and exclaimed with emergency oozing out of her voice "shoot we're getting late for our class. It's already 9:15 am that means we've got some 15 more minutes." We rushed to our cupboards and I put on the dress which my hands touched the first. My dressing sense was really getting a real messed up thing because of me running short of time.

"I'll kill you if I'll be late. Mr. Jones doesn't like me and he'll get a hell of a point to snare at me." I called out while I was putting on a black t-shirt.

"I'm sorry." She got dressed up so soon? She was wearing a pink calf length dress. It was a halter necked dress with flowers printed on it. While on my part I put on black top and gray pants. As usual I was a disaster.

I quickly ran my comb through my hair and collected my black American Tourister.

We were soon out of our dorm room and were running furiously to get to the class before Mr. Jones, the accounts professor. "Hale, don't run so fast." Stephanie's troubled voice called after me. I turned around to see that she was inches behind me struggling to cope up with me on her high heels.

"You're the biggest dumb of the century. Who in hell asked you to put on those crappy heels?" I retorted breathlessly. My legs were burning with the hot pursuit. It was then that I realized that I was really running.

"I'm sorry but you were running so furiously. It was almost impossible to keep up with your speed." She excused.

"Forget it, its futile now. Its 9:30 already and we have managed to cover only half the distance. I'll be bunking this class."

"Are you nuts? I mean its accounts, the most difficult paper in our course, hello? Will you be able to manage it?" I rolled my eyes.

"We've got brains, hello." I said sarcastically. "I'll manage it."

"Cool then you'll be helping me out." She clasped her hand.

"You're not attending the class?"

"Nopsie. When I've got such a sagacious and an ardent roommate then calling a day off on my accounts lecture won't cost me much. The best part is that we're gonna have fun."

"So cool, right? I wish I had a friend like me." I leered.

She slapped me lightly on my right arm. "You're horrible. You've got such a badass friend like me. Well are you too planning on calling a day off on the boring lectures?"

"What is your plan?" I rolled my eyes.

"Cool, I was thinking of having some college shit."

"Like?" I asked. I couldn't figure out where it was going but I think it will be fun.

"Doing the girl things."

"I'm with you. But how would you manage the rest of the missed lectures."

She looked at me with a nasty smirk on her face. "You are a crappy shit."

"Stop wasting time. Let's have some kickass fun."

"You mean I'll go out in this dress? No way." I protested right out of my hand.

"Okay then. Be quick."

"It'll all be a matter of a few minutes." I winked at her.
