Dylan and I have still been sneaking around and going out on dates and doing coupley stuff, for the last couple of weeks. It was actually quite fun to sneak around. Late night sneaking out. Secret places. So fun.
But I was worried about Kyle finding out and everything. More worried about Dylan, truthfully. I didn't want Kyle to be pissed at him.
For tonight's dinner I really didn't put much effort into anything as I usually would. Lauren told us that she needed to tell us something, involving Zac. Ren had already told me, but she was making a big dinner though, saying how important it was to her.
Back to my outfit though. It was a white lace fit dress with a flare and a thin light brown belt. The dress came down past mid thigh on me. I wore some brown high heels and then put my hair into a bun, my long side bangs were parted to the side. My nails were done with a white polish with some colorful tiny circles in the corner of each nail. What? I had a lot of time on my hands.
"Ew, your sister is still coming to this dinner? Ga-ross." Josh joked looking at me with fake disgust. He looked at Luke and they made fake gagging noises. Kyle and Scott flicked their heads.
"I hate you two."
"Why is your boyfriend late?" Luke asked me. I shook my head and walked into the kitchen.
"Need help?" I asked Lauren as she ran around the kitchen. Joel was sitting on a stool watching her. "Why is Joel sitting when you're having a big dinner for everyone tonight?" I asked confused and pointing with my thumb to Joel.
"She insisted on doing this herself." Joel replied.
"Wow." I said sitting next to him.
"She's got everything done and ready. Which she did pretty good. I helped with some things but it was mostly Lauren."
"Nice Ren." She briefly looked up and smiled at me.
Kyle, Dylan, Josh, Luke, and Wes entered the kitchen. They were laughing at something and then seen all the food and they began to run to it. Lauren seen and then ran in front of them, kudos to her for doing this in her very tall heels. She pushed each of them away.
"No! Go now! I can't have you ruining this for me!" She yelled. She went back to the food. "Cals, come taste this." The guys stopped and began to complain.
"Guys," I said and gave them a shut-up-it's-only-a-tiny-taste-you'll-get-some-soon look along with its-a-big-night-for-our-sister look. I looked at all of them and they had gave me the fine look.
I looked to Dylan and he was checking me out. His eyes came up to mine and he smiled and winked. My head quickly turned, hoping he wouldn't notice my blushing face.
After tasting the dessert, I spit it up. There was a cup of water sitting on the counter so I quickly drank it.
"Joel help her. Please." I tried running in the stupid heels to the sink, getting more water.
"Sour." He said. He took the tray and threw it away. Lauren closed her eyes and sighed. "It's okay. Rookie mistake. I'll make another one." He told Lauren and smiled to her.
He's so nice. I would've straight up told her how gross it was, he just sugar coated it.
Diiiiiiiing. Dooooooong. The doorbell rang throughout the house.
"Lauren!" Mom called. Lauren pushed past all of us and came in. I sighed and walked through the guys. This was going to be a fun night.
"Wow, she's actually almost as tall as us." I rolled my eyes at Kyle's comment and turned to face him.
