Chapter 7- The New Kid

Why does my alarm always have to ruin my dreams? It's creepy how they ruin your dreams at the perfect timing. It's absolutely crazy.

I got up and went straight to my bathroom. I'm actually glad my bathroom is in my room. As soon as I opened the door, chills went down my spine from the cold air. I did a little shiver dance and headed inside.

Once, the water was at a perfect temperature, I took my clothes off and stepped inside. The warm water hit my skin and I somehow felt relaxed. When I was done washing my body and hair, I stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around my body. Again, I got chills and did another dance.

I went over to my dresser and grabbed a lazy outfit. I really don't feel like dressing up. I put on my bra and underwear, first. Then, I put my clothes on. Instead of wearing my contacts, I chose to wear my glasses. Again, don't feel like dressing up. At least I'm going to school, because I can stay home all day.

As soon as I was done blow drying my hair, there was on knock on the door.

"Come in."

My dad opened the door and looked so nice. Not in a nasty way or anything. He looked better than me, he is wearing a black suit and hear I am wearing joggers.

"No contacts?"

"No. Don't feel like putting them in and all of that."

"Well, I'm off to work."

He came towards me and gave me a hug and a kiss. My dad kissed my head one last me and left my room. I love that man. After all, we have been through a lot together. I'm glad I have him in my life.

I grabbed all my stuff and headed downstairs. Not planning to eat much, I went in the kitchen and grabbed a apple and a water bottle. A girl has to stay hydrated and health. I grabbed my keys and headed towards my car. Good thing I don't have to pick up Emma today. That girl can give you a headache, but I'm used to her so I'm good.

After, like 10 minutes I made it to school safe and sound. I looked around and saw Jasper talking to Aiden. I forgot to mention, Jasper also happens to be Aiden's best friend. When he is not with me he is with Aiden.

I grabbed my stuff and got out of my car, locking it after I was out. You never know, someone can try to rob me. There is a first time for everything.

As I was walking towards Jasper and Aiden, Emma pulled up looking extremely happy. Sadly, that doesn't make two of us. She locked her car and grabbed her stuff as quick as possible. The girl was running. Running towards me. By the time she reached me she was out of breathe, but somehow she managed to say her sentence perfectly.

"Is she here yet?"

What is she talking about?

"Who is, she?"

I'm lost here. The look she gave me was one that said I was supposed to know. I'm sorry, Emma talks about a lot of stuff and it's hard to keep up with everything.

"The new girl."

That's what she is talking about. Honestly, I forgot she even told me there was going to be a new kid today.

"I just got here, so I don't know."

I know she saw me get out of my car, just now. This girl can be really stupid sometimes.
