Soushi's POV.'There's no way.'
I ended up staring for too long and forgot that she was on the floor. I tried giving her a hand.
Pain.
The slap on my hand took me aback.
"Sorry. I think you have the wrong person."
Lies.
Why would she lie to me?
"My apologies. I thought you were someone else."
I try to smile. It's the only way to hide the growing pain in my chest.
-------------------------------------------------
Sakura's POV.There was no way I was getting out of this one.
I INVENTED that smile.
A smile that could see through all the lies spouting from the lips of those who only want nothing more than others to suffer.
One that made them believe that I was alright.
That I was sane.
"I'm sorry that I'm not the one you are looking for, but judging by your appearance I'm guessing you are an S.S.?" I asked him acting like I didn't know what he was talking about.
His eyes were digging into mine.
Looking, searching for any sign of recognition.
He definitely knows.
"Yes. I am the S.S. Agent of Ririchyo-sama." He told me as I felt a presence behind me.
"Ahem"
-------------------------------------------------
Ririchyo's POV.'Who is she?' I thought as I walked over to her and cleared my throat to let them know I was in their presence.
"Ahem"
The girl turned around and I found myself staring at her.
'She's so pretty!'
She had beautiful short silver-white hair and a great figure that even I, as a girl, could admit to.
The eyes.
The same ones I became familiar with on a daily basis.
Who exactly is this girl?
"Excuse me? Are you alright?" I heard a voice tell me as I got out of my thoughts.
"Oh! My a-apologies for my r-rudeness!" I stuttered.
'What's wrong with me!? I shouldn't have stared!'
"It's fine. It's very nice to meet you. I believe you are Miss Ririchyo?" She said as she gave me a small smile. I looked away from her figure and suddenly felt arms wrapped around me. I looked up to see that she was hugging me and couldn't help, but yelp a little.
She noticed this and unwrapped her arms.
"You are adorable Miss Ririchyo" She giggled as she saw me blushing.
"Tch. I guess you expect me to say thank you?" I scoffed with a red face.
The silver-haired girl only laughed at me in pure amusement. But somewhere within that laugh I could sense a tension.
Like she was trying to create a distraction.
"I would like to stay longer and chat but I should get going now. I wouldn't want to keep my client waiting."
I watched as she walked away from Miketsukami and I.
His eyes followed her as well.
'I wonder if they know each other.'

[edit]: Zero motivation. I hate it here 😂.
I'm trying to make the chapters longer but writer's block is kicking my ass.
