Alfie was their soloist, and he took the stage, all James could think about was Riley and all Riley could think about was Daniel, but Daniel had an idea, he loved Riley, with all of his heart.
Daniel saw Alfie on the stage, Riley congratulated Alfie,
"The team moving onto the second round is... THE NEW YORK INSTATUDE OF DANCE!" Chuck Anderson screamed with excite.
and then for their next round, it was the small group, theirs was Alfie, Piper, Sloane, La-Troy, Amy and Cassie. It was amazing, they went up, and then they took the stage as winners.
After that, the duet, in the second round, La-Troy broke his leg, and was now injured.
"We need to find a new pair." The dance manager said.
"What about me and Riley?"James asked
"True wait do we still have our chemistry?" Riley asked but they had no time, so they just took the stage and started to dance, and yes they did still have their amazing bond and trust, they did insane tricks they'd just thought of. And they were amazing, they wished they'd done this at Internationals a long time ago, but whatever, the past was the past, but all Riley knew was that she'd regret this since her old feelings for James was coming back, whether she liked it or not, if she wanted it or not., they would be coming back.
After that she ran off, she didn't want this to happen, her feelings came back, she knew this couldn't happen, and they won that round.
Next up, female soloist round, Riley took the stage, dancing to "When the war is over." Basically a message to James to STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!!!
Yeah, James was mad.
After that they won that and the semi finals, they we now dancing in the finals, La-Troy was off stage while Riley took his place.
Riley felt happy she didn't have to dance with James and have hand contact with him.
And then they took the stage, waiting for like five minutes, pain in Riley's stomach
"And THE NEW YORK INSTATUDE OF DANCE WINS AND MOVES ONTO THE ABSOLUTE DANCE INTERNATIONALS!" Chuck says and they Jiley hugs, they had help. At the award ceromoney they won for the best duet, Riley's solo came second for the female solo, Alfie's solo came first for the male solo, their small group didnt make it AT ALL
And the best solo in general; Riley's solo, and best dance in general; Jiley duet.
