It was an average day club day. The hosts were hosting and the fangirls fangirling. I took a deep breath and walked around to check on how the other hosts were doing. Tamaki was doing his princely charm, Haruhi was being herself, Mori and Hunny were brewing tea. (I think?) Then I made my way to the twins. Kaoru "accidentally" burned his finger. Then they did their act.
"I can't take it. It's overwhelming." They girl blushed and looked away. But the other lady tried to convince her.
"You have to watch this. You may not get another chance. Who knows it will happen again?" It was my time to strike.
"You are absolutely right,mademoiselle. All beauty is fleeting. Just take a look at the cherry blossoms. You'll never be able to see them this vibrant again. And that's why I compiled this picture book that contains photos that capture the beauty of each passing day. Incidentally, I've prepared similar books of the other hosts as well. And if you ladies are interested in collecting all four of them, I'll discount the full set for you." I say holding the books up.
"I'll take them!"
"Me too please." I smile and they bought them. I mean we need the money because we are always blowing our budget, for Tamaki's schemes.
As time past I saw Hikaru and Kaoru wrap their arms around Haruhi. Tamaki yelled at them and they said something back which put Tamaki back into his corner.
"Say, Mommy dear?" I sigh. Why does he keep calling me mommy? I guess I should play along.
"What is it now, Daddy?"
"I have a new theory. I mean, it's just my hypothesis. But it seems that being in the same class, Hikaru and Kaoru are able to spend more time with Haruhi than I get to here at the club."' Tamaki you are smart but sometimes you are just....dumb..
"Tamaki, you just now realize that? According to my research, in a single day, the twins spend roughly nine hours of class time with Haruhi. Meanwhile, your contact with her is limited to a couple of hours of club activities. In other words, your involvement in Haruhi's life each day amounts to no more than a mere 3%. I'm so very sorry." I went back to my book. I feel like I am forgetting about something..
"Physical exams?" That's what I forgot.
"That's right. I forgot all about it."
As we were cleaning up the wind grew and cherry blossoms flew everywhere. Then I heard a faint noise, it was the where the spring was headed.
I quickly followed the spring wind.
