19) Pay Attention•Part 2

Y/N's POV:
It's been 3 years since Joe and I broke up, I had enough of him paying more attention to his job than me.

Of course I still keep in touch with Zoë but we've never seen each other after me and Joe broke up.

*ding*

Zozeebo: Hey Y/N, I was wondering if you would like to come to a party tonight.

Y/N: Zo, you know I can't.

Zozeebo: Why?😔

Y/N: Because Joe might be there...

Zozeebo: That's better!

Y/N: How exactly is that better?🤔

Zozeebo: If he's there you can get all dolled up and make him know what he's missing out on!😉👄💅🏼

Y/N: Fine! But only because I want to reconnect with all you guys...

Zozeebo: Yayyyy!! Be at my house by 6:30! See you then!

Y/N: Bye.

It's 5:00 so I go into the shower and after I'm done with my shower I put on my dress and start curling my hair. It is now 6:23 so I start doing my makeup which consisted of a winged liner, red lipstick, some light blush and some light gold eyeshadow (don't know much about makeup so I don't know if this is a great mix😂).

Since it's now 6:28 I hear Zoë text me and say that she's here

Zozeebo: I'm here!

Y/N: You're 2 minutes early 😂

Zozeebo: Is that such a bad thing? 😂 and there wasn't as much traffic as I expected...

Y/N I'll be there in a second!

I put on my shoes and head out to Zoë's car.

"OOOOHHH!!! I'm so excited for you and Joe to see each other again!" Zoë shrieks

"Oh fuck! Zoë, I've just realised what I've gotten myself into." I facepalm 🤦

"Y/N, it's alright. I'll be at the same party, in the same building and if you want to go I can drive you. Ok? I'm not pressuring you into anything..." She says with a reassuring voice.

"Thanks, Zo." I smile

Around an hour later we arrive at Zoë's house and we enter everybody just comes running out to me and screaming my name... It was so loud that Zoë had to close her ears

"Wow you guys really missed me!" I giggled, at this point everybody (Alfie,Caspar, Louise, Dan, Phil, Naomi, Marcus, Tyler, basically everybody) was cuddling me and I could barely move.

"I think you guys aren't giving her enough space to breath." Zoë laughs and everyone gets off me whilst laughing a "Sorry."

"It's ok!" I said "But now that the party animal is here... Let's get this party started!!!"

I walk to Caspar since I was so close to him whilst me and Joe were dating so we decided to catch up.

A few moments later the door opens and the person I was dreading to see most entered... Joe, but he was with a girl.

"Who's she?" I ask Caspar

"Oh! That's Joe's new girlfriend..."

"Ok..." I ran outside past Joe and his 'girlfriend' and sit down on the steps of Zoë's house.
I started crying my eyes out.

"Y/N, what's wrong?" Zoë comes and sits next to me

"Of course after me Joe would go to that girl. He'd be stupid not to. She's much better than me; she has no imperfection she's not ugly like me, she isn't fat like me and she's just so beautiful." I was literally sobbing at this moment

Joe was such a dick to me but I don't know why I wanted him back...

"I know he never wanted to spend time with me and he was such an asshole but I don't know why I want him back and just look at him, he has actually gotten so much hotter be can have any girl he wants"

"Actually no I can't." It was Joe

"I'll just leave you guys to it..." Zoë says and walks back into the house

"What do you mean?" (Cue Justin Bieber) I ask

He comes and sits next to me
"I can't have any girl I want..."

"Yeah you can, name one girl you can't have..."

He looks down to the ground "You..."

"Why would you want me?"

"Because Y/N to be honest, I still love you."

"But you have a new girlfriend and you're the one that wasn't paying any attention to me."

"Well I was still getting used to this YouTube thing and I'm sorry I didn't today more attention to you than I should've but I've only got a new girl because I had to get my mind off you."

"Joe... I'm sorry, but you should really go back to your better girl"

"Y/N I heard everything you said about being ugly, fat and all that (just realised that rhymed) but you're not! You're beautiful, just because you hate your imperfections, doesn't mean I don't love them."

I lean in and then he leans in slowly, slowly, then BOOM! Collision😂 we started kissing then I pulled away I knew this was wrong he already had a girlfriend.

"What's wrong?" Joe asked

"Nothing it's just, how are you going to break up with her?" I motioned towards Joe's new girlfriend

"I'm sure she's already got her eyes set on someone new" he says as we both see her and Caspar flirting

"Wanna come round mine?" I asked

"I would love to."
