Me too, Baby

EMILYS POV-2 years later

Me and Jay have now been dating for two years. Our relationship has been realitively drama free besides the press. I hated them. They spread so many rumours, but Jay always stuck up for me and protected me.

Unexpectdly Nathan and Vanessa are now dating. This has been going on for about 6 months. They met when me and her flew to California for a week when they had a few gigs They were so adorable together. I know Vanessa is happy and that makes me happy.

Right now I am in Jay's flat. Getting ready to go see movie. I came here on a two week vacation. Sadly, I have to go back in two days. "Baby you ready," he popped his head in the bathroom.

"I've been ready, I was waiting for you, duh," I just finished my mascara and put the lid on it. He rolled his eyes and grabbed me hand.

"What movie are we seeing again Jay?"

"I don't know some chick-flick."

I rolled my eyes,"I told you we could go see that stupid war movie, but you were like 'no babe this movie looks good,' " I mimicked his accent.

"Whatever Em, and why are we walking?"

"Because its only 3 blocks away and someone might have crashed his car, but it wasn't his 'fault', " I did the air quotes.

"It wasn't my fault I was just driving and that total knob pulle-."

"Uh huh sure yep thats what happened. "

We went and saw the movie. I loved it and Jay, well he said it was to mushy, but I know he liked it. We were now walking back and I had my arm wrapped around his.

"Want chinese?" Jay quickly blurted out.

"Its 11:30 at night."

"Soo thats a yes, good me too." He turned towards our favortie Chinese place and really the only one around here.

"Well I guess we're getting chinese food then," I mumbled.

At the Chinese place we were greeted my a man our age. He seemed to light up when he saw Jay. I assumed he knew The Wanted, but he didn't say anything. "Hello how may I help you?"

"Ummmm," Jay was thinking really hard and gave the man a look. We always get the same thing: chow mein, potstickers, and fried rice.

"Jay? I tugged on his sleeve. The man nodded at Jay. What was up with those two?

"I have to go to the bathroom like now babe, would you order?"

He practically ran for the bathroom before I could anwser, "Sure I'll order." I ordered the food and sat in the waiting area. Jay came back and sat next to me.

"Sorry I had to take a really big s-."

"Ah okay I get it, no need to explain, but the does explain that face you were making earlier. " I giggled.

He started to tickle my sides and kiss my neck. I gasped as he blew on my neck which made that farty sound. "Jay, we're in public," I hissed at him.

He pushed me on my back and kissed me,"I don't care." I laughed, he was just to amazing.

"Food for McGuiness," a women yelled coming out of the kitchen. Jay got off of me and got our food. We headed for his flat, hand in hand.

JAYS POV

I was holding her hand as we walked back to my place. I was so nervous. My hands were sweating and my forhead was sweating. I also felt sick.

We got home and she put our coats up.We turned the tv on and sat on the couch eating our food. She was laughing at the show we were watching then turned to me. "Hey can we do that cheesy noodle kiss thing?" She said it so excited like a little kid. Man I really love her.

"No," I could barely contain my laughter and say it with a straight face.

She punched my arm. "Good cuz I didn't want to do it anyways. " She slouched her shoulders.

I grabbed her arm, but she continued to make the pouty face. "Em, I was only joking," I mase a pouty face of my own, " I really want to do it please." I even batted my eyelashes for affect.

"Fine, but only because you begged me to." She grabbed a noodle and handed an end to me. I laughed out loud.

We both started sucking the noodle up and when we were inches away the noodle broke. Ems face looked so disappointed; I couldn't help but laugh. She threw her hands,"Forget it, ready for the fortunes?"

My pulses quickened and my hands got all sweaty, "Umm alright." She was already reaching into the bag and got two out.

She handed me one and before I could even think I yelled,"No I want that one," I pointed to the one in her hand, it had a small yellow dot in the corner.

"Holy crap McGuiness, calm down. You can have this one if you really want." She switched with me. I fidgeted with my wrapper and watched her.

She cracked her cookie open. I put my hand on her knee," Whats it say?" I reached, with my other hand, into my pocket and grabbed the small box.

She held the fortune up and I tensed

"Okay mine is: Will you marry me, Em?" She paused after it and said it again, looking at me. I got down on my knee.

I grabbed her hand and saw her eyes tear up. "Emily, I love you for you. Your my best friend and if 50 years, we are still going to the movies and eating Chinese, I will be the happiest man alive. Emily Rose, will you o me the honour and marry me?"

She wiped her eyes and stood up pulling me up with her. She just nodded and let out a ,"Of course," between sobs. I scooped her up in a big hug and kisses her.

"Don't cry baby." I wiped her eyes and gave her another kiss.

"But I'm so happy Jay." I smiled.

"Me too baby."
