9. Lead?

Kendall's POV;

"What class do we have next?"i say putting on my character as Paige glares at me slightly but goes into character while we strut through the locker filled corridor

"We have spare now. Lets totally go to the mall again. I need new shoes"Paige hints as i nod. Making disgusted faces at most girls outfits.

"I need a new outift. But what colour match?"i say in a girly voice doing alittle twirl as Paige 'inspects' my body figure

"Black totally makes you look thinner"i make a disgusted face and glare at the few girls that have been staring at me for a little longer than i liked

"Black is like totally for funerals...and accessories."i state as we make our way through a small crowd as they move out of the way for us. Knowing well people are listening. And the tacky dressed girls i see probably taking tips

"Red is so hot on you"she fake exclaims knowing well she desperatly wants me to agree so she can stop pretending to like me

"Yeaaah but im already hot so..."i smirk flicking my hair in the direction of 5 almost dribbling wolves.

"pink?"i roll my eyes

"Too girly"i say

"Ooh blue! Blue is the new thing!"i pretend to think about it before shrugging

"whatevs"i say as we step out into the crisp winter air. I hug my thick white designer coat tighter as we walk down the stairs of the entrance.

I look around and see Jeremy and his friends-who ive learnt is Luka his beta, Jake the blonde from yesterday who is his combat trainers son, Leon, Leons sisters mate ew Bailey, Jeremys third in command and Tyce, one of the packs best fighters. Getting into a white and black range rover. Hopping into my car, i secretly follow them 2 cars back. Making sure they are going to the mall.

Just as we are about to reach the turn off, they turn the opposite direction.

"Where are they going?"Paige frowns im confusion

"Lets find out"i say as i tail behind now in a one car distance. Suddenly they turn heading into the abandonned warehouse which had a broken old sign notifying it was an old butter factory.

"Why are they going in there?"i smirk. Driving past and pulling over around the corner of the factory

"Lets find out"i repeat popping the trunk i pull out my back up suits. I hand paige one along with a silver pistol. In a rush i get changed in the back seat of my car. And quickly lift my hood and my black mouth mask before stepping out of the car.

"Finally getting some action"Paige says stretching

"I know right. Now quick we gotta find the truck and put a tracker on it before we find them."she nods and with that we jump a fence hiding from prying eyes behind the thick wood as we swiftly sprint and jump fences till we get to the factory.

I spot the range rover parked behind a bush. Almost unnoticeable. Using my abilities. I sniff the air and just my luck there is not one wolf for another 500m. Nodding at Paige i throw the nano-chip tracker to her as she nods and breaks a sprint to the truck, flipping over the bush. I watch throught the leaves as she rolls under the car and sticks it somewhere underneath the car.

I then myself start making my way to the large factory.

Sprinting i swiftly jump and grab a pole. Swinging myself up into a tuck and land on the second floor with a quiet thump. I wait for Paige as she lands next to me. I point for her to follow me as we make our way into the building

"Where is he!"i hear a yell echo as my head snaps in the direction the voice came from

Sneaking around a corner. Me and Paige look down and see the four boys on the first floor. Crouching down i sniff the air and furns out they are the only ones here.

"Chill they'll be here soon."Tyce says rolling his eyes as he texts away on his phone. Leon nods and looks around as Luka does also. But Bailey stands in a ready stance glaring at the two large entrance doors

They must be up to something. They wouldnt be here alone without back up unless its something secret....

Paige suddenly pulls me and i dont realise Luka looking in our direction as we hide in the shadows. Holding my breath i pull out my scent spray and spray me and paige quickly

"Luka. Whats up?"i hear Jeremy's voice

"I thought i saw someone."his voice drops lower. I gulp

Fuck

"Dude no ones here."I hear Leon say as Luka coughs

"I dunno...i thought i-"he stops and i hear him sniff. I do also

Paige notices my expression and gives me a funny look

"3 wolves a witch and a vampire are about to walk in. They arent part of the pack."i mind link as her eyes widen. And just like that the sound of a door swinging open and hirting a wall is to be heard.

"Boys! You came!"i hear a russian accent echo

"Marcelo. You are late. Again"jeremy scolds

"We came didnt we"the female witch snaps. Again with a russian accent.

Hm interesting

"Again with the mouth Delina. Always has something to say"Tyce scolds as i smirk

This guy is funny

"Oh fuck off Tyce"she growls. As Tyce chuckles

"Girls girls. Calm. Now Dene. You got it or not?"Jake speaks up

"You know i do"peeking me and paige crawl quietly back to the edge. I watch as one of the men with a beard opens the bag he was holding. I use my heightened vision and dialate my pupils to the most zoomed as i look at the bag. Hundreds of shringes, filled with some weird blue looking substance.

I sniff the air but get no scent.

What the fuck? Why cant i smell it?

I glare.

I signal paige its time to go. And swiftly we creep our way out of the fractory and back to the car.

What the fuck is in those shringes. And who the fuck were those men?
