Kendall's POV;

"I may have skipped a few details in your family history" Deliah says biting her lip nervously as she sits and looks at me apologetically.

It better not be very important details.

"What do you mean 'you skipped a few details'? What didnt you tell me?" I ask her annoyed but, i made sure not to snap or growl because. Well i couldnt. Not to her in this case. Deliah sighs.

"Your family was the first witch family. But the thing is. Before they were witches. They were hybrids." She says nervously

You have got to be kidding me

"They were fucking what?!" I yell. She flinches slightly but gives me an annoyed stare for my voice volume.

I should be the one glaring right now. Not her.

"Before they were witches they were hybrids. Back then. There were many hybrids. A whole race. Your family were part of that race." She says "but soon enough the hybrid gene started to wear-off. The chances of Hybrids being mated to vampires and wolves were more likely than hybrids." She explains to me.

That doesn't explain, What the hell is happening to me?!

She continues. "They then ended up having children with the most common gene. Which was only one breed. Not two" she says. I look at her confused. As if i was a 2 year old and someone was trying to explain area and dynamics to me.

"So your saying. My family became witches before the gene wore off? As in before anyone in my family could be mated to a non-hybrid?" I ask her. She nods in understanding.

"Yes, thats exactly what I'm saying"she says with a smile. i look at her lost.

"But that has got to be centuries ago."I explain in frustration. She nods again.

"It was. But their hybrid gene was pure their witch side strong" She says. "The Costanova family as we know it was the first and only family to be a triple breed hybrid until eventually that began to wear-off" she says. I stare at her in utter shock.

She just tells me worse and worse news whenever i see her.

"Why did you assume all of the Costanova family was dead?" I ask her. She sighs.

"Well i thought i knew the last generation of the Costanovas but i was wrong obviously."she indicates to me. "I knew Costanovas a while back. Around 8 years ago" she says

Thats when my parents died

"But they died in a tragic accident."she says sadly looking at her hands "they were a lovely family. I was close friends with the mother. She and her husband used to live here. But they moved back to their home country"i feel as if i was going to cry myself. But obviously i dont.

My parents lived here for a while for a mission.

"They had two daughters and a son. Im not sure how they died but i was informed they died inside the house, a murder or an accident. Their case still hasnt closed." I stare at the women. Sad, confused, angry, all these emotions were clouding my mind. i didnt know what to do or say at this point.
