What is happening to me!

"I have a what?!"

Previously: 'All of the sudden her eyes opened. She was awake!...' 'I walked into my house to see my mom standing in the middle of the room with a man standing in front of her. "Mom, what's going on?" I asked confused. She looked at me concerned, the man turned around. "Hi, son."'

2 weeks later...

Mia's POV

I was on my way to a school that was under lockdown, when I got there, there was a big patch of ice on top of the school. I ignored it and raced inside, once I was inside I saw everyone sitting in a corner, I raced over and grabbed a couple people and raced them out, I stopped and raced back in to grab more people. Once everybody was out, I raced inside to see if the guy threatening everyone was still there. Once I was inside I stopped to see a woman and a man fighting on the floor, I ran over a kicked the guy off of the woman. The woman seemed to be wearing a mask and her eyes were white, she had been wearing a blue and black suit. I put my hand out to help her up and she took it, once she was up we saw the guy quickly get up. He stood up straight and looked at me, "hello again." He said. I noticed it was the guy who turned out to have escaped somehow when no one was there. I glared at him, knowing he was going to do something stupid. I iced up my whole body and the woman looked at me confused yet shocked, the guy burst into flames (I WAS RIGHT!!!!!😁😡 I'm actually happy about that because I knew he wasn't who he said he was, but I'm also mad because he wanted to hurt a whole school full of kids) he did a fake smile. I started to walk towards him but he just let out this big shock wave which sent the woman and I flying back. "Whoa, Mia, what was that?" I heard Joey ask. "He just sent a shock wave that sent me flying but I'm ok." I said. "And now he's gone." I said after getting up to see just the woman and I here. I walked over to see the woman had lost her mask, she was facing the opposite direction and once I saw her face, I started to back up kind of scared, freaked out, confused, just all these emotions just coming at me all at once. But then, it just all went away, I found her mask beside me and grabbed it for her. I took off my mask and walked over to her, she got up and was still facing the other way, "I think your gonna need this." I said. She turned around to see me with my mask off and her eyes widened, "Mia, what's happening?" Brian asked. "We have a problem." I said. Then I saw Brian next to me, he turned to me and asked "you ok?", I pointed to the woman who looked like me then Brian looked over and knew what I meant by problem. "You look like me, and I look like you, and I know who to go to to get some answers." I said. "Wait, before we do anything and you showed me who you were, there is one thing about me that you might want to know." She said. All of the sudden, everything flashed before my eyes and there were know two people standing in front of me, "guys meet my other half." She said. "Please tell me I'm not about to faint again because I'm seeing double right now." She said. "I'm Kara and this is my other half Haley." My identical twin introduced. "I'm Mia." I said. "Brian." Brian introduced. We all stood there speechless, until I asked "would you like to meet our parents?", Kara nodded. "So how is this going to happen, are you going to come with me while she's goes with him, because he's going back to the lab." I said. "I guess I'll go with you, she can go with him and when we are done we can meet up at your lab. I guess." Kara decided. "Wait, before you guys go you might want this, keep your face hidden." Kara said. "And you might want this." I said giving Kara her mask. She took it and put it on, "ready?" Brian asked. Haley nodded and Brian quickly picked her up and raced to the lab, "are you ready, you seem kind of nervous." I asked looking over at the nervous look on Kara's face. I giggled and she joined me, when we were done laughing we headed over to my house. I opened the door and we walked inside, "Mom? Dad? You guys here?" I asked. Kara was walking close behind me with her mask still on, I could hear my parents chating among themselves and once they heard me they came to the living room. "Oh I brought over a friend if you don't mind I just came to grab a couple things." I said as I took off my mask. "No we don't mind, who's this?" They asked. "You want to tell them?" I asked. She nodded then started to take off her mask, once her mask was off I looked over to my parents. "I'm not mad, but I am disappointed in you guys. You kept her hidden from me." I said. "You guys didn't even try looking for me, so the story I know is false what's the real story." Kara said crossing her arms over her chest. "When we had Mia we had decided that we were going to keep her, but when we had you we had to put you and her in different homes because we couldn't handle two. But since it was hard letting you go, we decided to have the parents we gave you to, keep the name we gave you." My mom explained. I looked over to Kara and saw that she was starting to look a little pale, "Kara, you ok?" I asked. "We need to go. Now!" Kara said. I nodded and raced Kara over to the lab, we stopped and she quickly walked over to Haley, who was looking a little pale herself. "We need to merge like now." Kara said. They merged and Kara leaned on the desk to catch her breath, Joey walked over to me, grabbed my arm, and we walked to the hall, "what?" I asked once he stopped. "Who is that?" He asked. "That is my sister, Joey, are you ok?" I asked. "Yeah, it's just she came so unexpectedly. What does she do?" He asked curiously. "She can form ice from nothing like me, why do want to know so much about her." He was quiet. "Oh my gosh, Joey, do you like her?" I asked, my eyes widening. He blushed, I hugged him tightly, once I let go he put his hand on my shoulder, then all of the sudden, I had this vision, it was Kara being held by someone, his hand was holding her up by her throat. Then my vision was on Joey again, "you ok?" He asked. "I just had the strangest vision." I said as Joey helped me up. "What about?" He asked. We heard a crash in the other room, "I'll tell you later." I said as we ran down the hall. I ran in the cortex to see Kara being held up by her throat then all of the sudden, she was gone. I fell to my knees, "Mia, it was just unexpected." Brian said. I could feel a tear run down my face, Joey put his hand on my shoulder and I had another vision, it was Kara being tied to a chair. There were flames everywhere then I saw everybody standing there starring at me. "She's still alive." I said. "Wha.." I raced out interrupting Miya. "Joey I need you to check if there are any buildings on fire." I said. I raced through the whole city looking for Kara, checking every building, then I stopped. I stopped in an ally way and leaned on the wall, I slid down hiding my head in my knees. I let my tears just flow, then I heard footsteps walking towards me, but I didn't bother looking up. "Hey." I heard a man say. I looked up to see Oliver Queen, "Oliver?" I asked getting up. I walked over and he hugged me, "quick question." I said. "How'd you know it was me?" I asked confused. "Barry will not shut up about you." He said. "I'm going to kill him." I said. "Don't worry, I had him come over for a training session and I shot him in the back with two arrows." He said as we started to walk. He was wearing a hoodie and black pants, his hoodie was leather and as we walked I saw a bow and arrows leaned up against a wall. (I didn't know he was the arrow until he told me when he picked up his bow), "why didn't you tell me sooner?" I asked looking at one of his arrows. "You really think I was going to tell you who tells your best friend everything that I was the arrow." He laughed. "I would have kept that secret." I said squinting my eyes at him. "Why were you crying back there?" He asked catching me off guard. "I have a twin sister, and she was kidnapped, I just got her back, I can't lose her again." I said. "Mia we just got results, turns out there are two buildings on fire on opposite sides of the city." Joey said. "Two fires on opposite sides of the city going on at the same time. That can't be a coincidence." I said. "You want Brian to help you?" Joey asked. "Uh, no I have the arrow here to help me." I said. Then all of the sudden Joey screamed into the earpiece "WHAT? YOU KNOW THE ARROW?!", "Joey I'm still human here, I can still hear you." I said. "When you get back here you are telling me how you know him." Joey said. "Just tell me the locations before my ear starts to bleed." I said rubbing my ear. "Oh right, 12376 17th street and 1479 95th lane." "Ready?" I asked Oliver. He put his mask on and in a deep voice he said "let's go.", I raced him to the first address Joey told me then raced to the other location. I stopped in the middle of a room that had a bunch of desks, there were flames everywhere. So I froze everything. Then everyone slowly stood up, I saw people grabbing other people and helping them get outside. I raced out and met up with Oliver at the other location, which was a ware house. I raced inside and stopped when flames were about to hit me, I saw Oliver and this other guy fighting and I saw Kara trying to move the chair away from the flames. I raced over to her and started to untie her, once I got the rope off her hands she started to untie her legs. Unable to get the rope untied, she asked me to help, I froze the rope and yanked it off. She stood up and we hugged, once we pulled apart "run I'm going to go help him." She nodded and ran out of the building. I ran over to Oliver to help him, I pulled the guy off of him and Oliver pulled out one of his arrows. I put my hand on his bow and started to walk over to the guy,  he threw a couple punches at me, but I just blocked them, I threw punches at him which made him fall to his knees. I iced up my hand and put it on his shoulder, he fell to the floor unconscious, "that's what you get for hurting my sister." I said. I grabbed his arm and Oliver and I walked out of the building, I dropped the guy right outside and walked over to Kara. We hugged and I said "I'm never letting you go." "Fine, ok, I'll tell you when I need to breath." She said. Oliver cleared his throat making us jump, "thank you Oliver, wait, you know Olli? Yeah I know Olli, stop talking at the same time as me." Kara and I said. Oliver chuckled, I heard a something loud on the other end of the line and asked Joey "joey you okay over there?", "I am but Brian's not, you might want to get here fast." He said. "Fast is my middle name." I said. "Ready?" I asked them. They nodded, I sped off with Oliver and the other guy and Kara flew close behind us. "Joey, before I get there, tell me what happened." I said as I kept running past cars. "I don't really know, he walked into the cortex and all of the sudden he just collapsed." He said. I stopped in front of the building and we all ran into the cortex I saw Joey shaking Brian, who was on the ground unconscious. I ran over and put my hand on his arm, then I had this vision, Brian had been bringing me back from capturing that guy that made Miya go crazy and he had laid on the ground and Miya had a smirk on her face but then it fell when she saw me, then all of the sudden Brian and Miya were outside, I didn't even see them walk out of the building. Then when Brian wasn't looking Miya's eyes were red, it wasn't the color of the guys eyes when he affected her, there was this ghost thing that was flying over to Brian and I saw a concerned look on Miya's face. Then I saw Brian on the ground again, "let's get him into a bed." I said. Joey helped me pick him up and we put him in a bed, I didn't know what to think. What could have happened to Brian? Why did Miya's eyes turn red? How did they get outside? I can't take all of this, it's all just happening all at once. I ran out speeding to the place I always went to with Aunt Melissa, I haven't been here since the last time I was with her. It was the Hallows town bridge, I sat there with my arms wrapped around my knees. I tried getting my thoughts to just go away but all I could think of was Miya. I felt a gust of wind blow the back of me and I didn't bother looking back, "how long have you been keeping this from me?" I asked. "I was only trying to protect you." Miya said from behind me. "Protect me?" I asked getting up. "Since when do I need someone to protect me. Everybody in my life has been trying to protect me and I'm done!" I said. I sped off mad, I ran into the cortex and dropped my earpiece on the desk and sped away. I tried to get all my thoughts to go away but they just kept coming back, "Mia!" I heard someone yell. I looked back and saw my mom, "mom?" I asked confused. Then my dad just appeared next to my mom, "dad? What are you guys doing here? How did you find me?" I asked confused. "That doesn't matter, Mia why are you running?" My dad asked. "Why? Why? I just found out that my best friend has been hiding something from me since we got these powers." I said. "Miya? When did she tell you?" My mom asked. "I don't know like.. Wait, you knew?" I realized. "Yes but.." "And you didn't bother to tell me." I said getting mad. "Don't say that you were just trying to protect me because that excuse is so old." I added letting my white, silky hair fall in front of my face. "She said don't say anything, or else something bad might happen." My mom said. "Oh something bad is already about to happen, I know for a fact." I said. My moms phone rang and she looked at it, she showed it to me and it said joeys name on it. I took her phone and answered it, "hello?" I said. "Mia get down here right know, Miya is doing some..ing.. Hur..." The phone started to break up. "Joey, joey!" I said. I hung up and sped to the lab, I stopped in the cortex and saw Miya standing next to Brian. Kara was up against the wall with ice holding her up, she was unconscious. Lucy, Marco and Daniel were tied up in the corner and Joey was hiding behind the desk with all of the computers. "MIYA!" I said. The room was dark, all the lights were out, there was a glow between Miya and Brian, "it's not me, it's him, he's trying to take over me." She turned around tears running down her face. "Who is?" I asked. "I.. I don't know, but, I'm sorry I didn't tell you, I didn't know what I was thinking." She kept crying. "Miya your stronger than this, you have to fight it." I said. She shook her head but I grabbed her shoulders, "Miya you have to try, please, do it for me." I said. She nodded and I backed up, I met up with Joey and said "you might want to cover your head." putting my arms over my head. He covered his head and there was a loud boom from where Miya was. I looked up when there was silence, I saw Miya standing there, I got up "Miya?" I asked. She turned around, "yeah, it's me." She said. I ran over and engulfed her in a hug. "I am going to kill you for not telling me you were having trouble with a demon." I said. "Yeah, I deserve it." She said. I heard a groan coming from behind me and I turned around, I saw Kara was moving her head back and forth then she picked her head up. We ran over and I melted the ice off of her and she drop to the ground, Joey slowly got up, "well glad that's over." He said walking over. Kara got up and Joey stood next to her, we walked over to Brian and I guess my hand accidentally hit him and I inhaled deeply (which was unusual), I saw something, I saw this woman with her arm around another, then there was this blue shock wave and a streak of one of the woman's hair turned white. Then I just blacked out. I don't now what happened but everything just went so fast.
