Now You Tell Me

Max watched as she sat on the floor, huddled in a ball, crying to herself.

He turned away, and began to walk away with his best friends.

She never knew why those boys hated her, she never did anything to them. They always pushed her, teased her, hurt her. There was nothing she could do as a 8 year old. They told her it was useless to tell anyone, no one would care because they were just kids, and she believed them.

It had been going on since she was 7, when she moved into the neighborhood. They were all neighbors, their houses all in a straight line. She got the most attention, as she was the only 6 year old girl who lived on that street at the time, and still was the only 8 year old girl on the street. She moved into the house where the leader of the small boy group lived before she did.

The boys were all around the age of eight, some nine, some seven.

Zane, was the creator of the clique, whose house was right in the middle of the five housed street, the first to enter the neighborhood, and the oldest nine year old of them all.

Zane was soon accompanied by Xavier, whose house was on the left of Zane's house, as the second member of the group.

Kole and Cody were the third and fourth members, and were also the twins of the club. Their house was the last one on the street.

Drew and Max were the last ones (of the boys, of course) to move in. They weren't twins, but they were brothers, with a difference of 2 years. Max was Nine, but a few months younger than Zane.

Then, there was Brooke, She was the girl who moved into the house where Zane lived, a year after he moved away. She was seven when she moved in, and she also "ruined" their group, as they accused. That was the reason they hated her, but Brooke was completely oblivious to it.

Now, there was five houses on the street, but only four of them weren't vacant, the one that was... Well, it was abandoned, and it had been even before the gang existed. Looong before it existed.

Well, that was my rather long prologue of this new story that is probably going to end crappy but I'm still writing it!
