Chapter 6:

"Game on."

---------------

Alanna had never in her life felt more alive, like murdering people who were trying to kill her, her friends, and the innocent was her life purpose. In no way was she stronger than these people, it was all about the matter of suprise for her. If she could surprise attack every last shadowhunter or demon she would be able to survive, but she couldn't. But that didn't mean she would try, and so now she was sneaking behind a shadowhunter standing next to Magnus's fishtank. She had an idea, it was gruesome, and it was nothing she'd ever experinced. She couldn't bare seeing a squirrel dead, and here she was willingly commiting murder. It was as if Alanna was no longer there, and was taken over by a completely different person. And so Alanna jumped up and pushed the man's head straight into the tank. The man struggled but eventually fell to the ground lifeless, and that's when the high-like feeling, the adrenaline weared off. She had killed much more than the man she stabbed in the jugular, and the other man she just drowned. Guilt swarmed at her, because she was definatly still human with so many emotions pulling at her.

She put her hand to her mouth, but let out another sob as blood was purely stained onto it and now on her face. She felt somebody grab her roughly, and without thinking she flipped him over and held the knife she had from earlier to her neck. She was a blonde shadow hunter, the circle rune evident on her neck. She smiled viciously at the girl above her,"You must be Alanna. We are supposed to return you to Valentine alive." "Why does he want me," The distressed girl yelled drawing blood from the womans neck. She laughed,"Because you, mundane are a fighter. A fighter, that would be perfect for Valentine's plan. He wants you to be his ultimate shadow hunter fighter, because you are the strongest human he's ever seen." "How does he even know about me?" She questioned. The woman merely laughed, and so Alanna pressed down harder. "How?!" "You don't think he didn't know where Joclyn was sooner. Or that she bared his daughter. The whole point was when to attack, and he thought it would be easier when Clary finally knew the truth. She would be to distraught to fight back, and Joclyn would be to distracted with her, but of course Jocyln has to push her through the damn portal. We hadn't known that bitch Dot was there-" Alanna held the knife down more making the woman wheeze. "How does he know about me."

"You were in fighting classes," She spoke. "And Valentine needed a fighter who could betray Clary, and may be able to put Clary on his side too."

"Kick her butt, Alanna!" Clary spoke to her best friend as she readied herself to fight one of the best fighters in the league. Alanna was into boxing at the time, and so she nodded to her best friend. "I intend to," The young girl replied as Jocyln hugged the girl. Seeing as her own mother couldn't come, she asked her second one to. She looked to the crowd and a huge smile broke onto her face as she locked eyes with her father. He waved with a smile, as did Simon and Dot who were beside them. "Let's go sit," Joclyn told Clary and so they did. Simon gave her a thumbs up and her father did so too. Her father held up baby Rebecca, who merely waved to her sister. "La-La!" She yelled even though Alanna couldn't hear her. Alanna stepped onto the mat and the other girl nearly made her crap her pants Unknown to her, behind the bleachers was Clary's shadow hunter father. He had meant to watch his family, but instead was stuck on watching his daughter's best friend.

As her opponent stepped closer her eyes nearly turned black which made her opponent take a step back. It was like in battle the girl lost control, and in merely thirty seconds Alanna had the best girl in the league pinned to the mat. Her petite body holding down the muscular girl completely. How, he did not know. He did know that for a fact she would make a perfect shadow hunter in his army, as soon as he got the mortal cup in his filthy hands. And after that, Clary wouldn't be able to survive without her friend and follow. And as Alanna stepped off the mat she looked to where that very man stood and saw him. She watched him carefully, and he wore a smirk as his plan fell into action. He would do everything possible to make this girl like a shadow hunter before she actually was, so she would be the greatest, toughest, murderous shadow hunter there ever was. She would be emotionless, strong, and unlovable. But she would be loyal to him, that part he hadn't figured out. How the hell would he get the human on his side?

"He was there," Alanna spoke. "He's been watching you for years mundane," The woman hissed. "Be prepared. He will get you, one way or another. You and Clary will be his family, along with Joclyn. You won't be blood, but you would kill and die for his family. Including him. He will make sure of it." The girl's eyes darkened to almost black, and the shadow hunter realized exactly what Valentine meant. She wasn't just going to be a fierce shadow hunter. She already seemed like a fierce shadow hunter, only she was human. He was going to make the girl into a monster, but before she could even voice her thoughts the human had slit her neck only enough so she would die slow enough. Alanna stood back up,"Go to hell." And the woman gasped, and Alanna couldn't help the pleasure she felt in watching the woman's demise.

"Alanna are you okay?" Alec yelled running into the room where Alanna stood guilt clouding her eyes. He looked around her bodies had built up in the room. "H-how did you kill them all?" He asked looking around the room. She shook her head,"I-I don't know. I'd say surprise, but that was only the first few. The others-I don't even remember murdering. I-I'm a monster." He enveloped the girl in his arms,"Don't say that. You're not they all would've killed you. Now we need to get to the others." She nodded,"Alec...please don't tell them. I-I don't know what's happened to me. I-It's hard to explain. I-I feel like I'm going insane." He shook his head,"This is between us." "And Alec?" She questioned he looked at her. "Yeah?" He asked. She wanted to tell him, about all the woman said. So he could protect her from Clary's father, but the words would not leave her lips. And so, she spoke the first thing she could. "Thank you." She cleared her throat. "For being my knight in shining armor." She let out a fake laugh, and Alec knew something was up. He knew something bad happened, but he knew she'd tell him when she was ready.

A/N

I didn't even really plan all this. It just-happened. Y'know. I planned some of it, but not the whole demon eyes and murderous Alanna with the plan from Valentine. How do you like badass-almost evil Alanna? I don't know how I feel about her like this, she's my baby. And knowing she could possibly turn onto Valentine's side would just break the Alenna feels. And her being a monster, hell that would suck. But how could anyone even be emotionless around Alec-a.k.a Matthew Daddario. Have you seen him? Love you all!
