Beyond Repair

The first encounter.

Nagisa Hazuki walks down the paved
road to his new school. Even though its his last year in highschool, his grandma decided to move him to Karasuno. Nagisa is a skilled volley ball player and pursued to become the ace of Karasunos volley ball team. As he walks down the path, a red haired, buff, taller, third year steps infront of him. "You must be Hazuki? Im Rin. Rin Matsuoka." Nagisa is taken back by the boy. He was atleast 180 cms, were as Nagisa was a meer 160. Rin sticks out his hand and Nagisa slightly shakes it, keeping his eyes on the ground. "We've all been anticipating the new memeber of the Crows." Nagisa assumed that the "Crows" were Karsasunos volley ball team name. Nagisa shakes his head ever so slightly. Rin frowns pittifully. "Hey, theres nothing to be intimidated about." He says with a smile. "We have all be looking forward to meeting you." Nagisa peers up at Rin, shocked by his kindness. For such a huge guy, he was a softie. Nagisa hadn't said a word since meeting Rin, but this time he spoke up. "Are you sure im tall enough for the team...." He questioned. Rin smiled. "Of course! We have Nitroi on our team, who is about your size. Hes a libero. What do you play?" Nagisa bowed his head and shuffeled his feet. "I...i like..spiking." Rin grabbed his shoulders and shoke him. "Thats awesome!" he said. "We need a better setter. Momo left us a few weeks ago, we have been searching for a new one. Rei has really been lacking latley without a amazing setter" Rin flashed his sharp teeth. "You look like you'll be a great setter" This time, it was Nagisa who lit up. "R-Really?" he quietly gasped. Rin patted him on the back. "Well, lets go to the gym and see for our selves." Nagisa smiled and started walking with Rin to the new gym, full of new people, in a new place.

This was gonna be scary.

When Nagisa entered the gym, it reeked of sweat. He loved that smell. it reminded him of his hard work. Rin looks down at him and smiles when he sees Nagisas face light up. Nagisa observes as this muscular brown head high fives a tall blonde hunk. The blond one had just made a perfect serve. He sees a silver headed short boy, probably only his first year jump serve a ball. A blue haired boy pass a ball to another guy whose face he cannot see. And then that guy turns around.

And Nagisa realizes what true beauty is when he comes face to face with this purple headed man

You must be him

Nagisa can't help but gasp loudly when he see's the boy, which causes the guy to stir. He starts walking towards Nagisa, one small step at a time. Nagisa observes this guy, who seems to be about as big as Rin. The boy smiles at him.

"You must be Nagisa Hazuki."

Nagisa slowly lifts his head back from its original position. "Y-Yes.."

And you must be him.

"Im Rei Ryazuki. The setter of the team." The blue haired smacks him on the back "And the ace!" he says. "Im Haruka Nanase" Nagisa puts out his hand and instead of Haruka shaking it, Rei does. Nagisa snaps his head up and meets the mans eyes for the first time. His beautiful eyes. He actually gets a good look at Rei. Very muscular, but slender. Short purple hair, tall, but not extremly. He was goregous. Nagisa figured he had starred long enough when Rei chuckled and let his hand down. Haruka laughs and walks away, leaving them to themselves. "So...your a setter?" Nagisa asked, obviously knowing the answer. Rei smiled and replied "Yeah, the best in the league apparently." Rei bent down and whispered into his ear "But in my opinion, im not" He backed away and moitioned for Nagisa to follow him. They walk to the locker room and Rei shows Nagisa his locker for him to put his stuff in. Nagisa places the one little bag filled with water bottles, his shoes, changes of clothes, and his one lucky thing. A saint chirstopher necklace. He closes the locker door and makes his way back to the gym. The big brown haired guy bumps into him on his way in. "O-Oph.." he mumbles. Nagisa stumbles back and lands on his butt. The guy notices and helps him up. "Haha...im sorry!" he says. Nagisa scratches the back of his head and sighs. "I-Its okay.." the man notices his shyness, and decides to introduce himself. "Im Souske. Nagisa, right?" he ask. "Y-yes" he mumbles. Souske smiles at him and yells for a guy named Makoto. The so called Makoto runs over and smiles brightly. "Ahh Nagisa! its nice to finally meet you!" He says with a chuckle. Nagisa slightly smiles and nods. "Its nice to meet you too, M-Mako..." Makoto laughs. "You can call me whatever you want." He says before turning around and running back to the court with Souske. Rei appears behind Nagisa and puts his hand on his shoulder.

It feels like the whole world has frozen at this point. Nagisa looks over his shoulder and sees Rei smiling down at him. "Rei-chan..." Rei chuckles. "Why dont we start practice now?" He says. Nagisa smiles and follows after him.

Practice ended at 8 oclock. Nagisa had been hitting spikes for the past 3 hours. But that didnt tier him. While everyone else was sweating there asses off, Nagisa had more energy than the world. Makoto decideds hes gonna try and serve, so Nagisa moves aside. When Makoto goes to serve, Souske sneezes and it throws him off. Mako-chan ends up spiking the ball into the back of Nagisa head, leaving Nagisa breathless. Hes face down in the court, but he couldnt help but laugh. Haruka helps Nagisa up, and then lets out a big laugh. Nagisa is laughing harder than he has in years. Hes doubling over laughing. Then Rei starts laughing. And then everyone starts balling with laughter. And for once, Nagisa has a genuine laugh on his face.
