Nagisa thought about coming to school the next day. But changed his mind when he thought he might break down again. He got out of bed and walked over to his bathroom. Nagisa started taking off his clothes to get into the shower. While he was showering, he thought about last night again. Rei had left early in the morning, making it the second time Rei and Nagisa had slept together. He kept thinking about the little kiss on the forehead Rei gave him.....Nagisa shook his head. It probably meant nothing, he thought. He turned off the water and stepped out of the warm shower. When Nagisa walked into his room, he noticed something sitting on his nightstand.

Nagisa entered the number into his iphone, and quickly texted Rei-chan.

Hey Rei-chan, thank you for sticking with me through my panic attack. It means alot. No one has ever done that for me.

He put his phone down, and not a minute later did he reciver another text.

Of course Nagisa-kun. You mean alot to me, so ill always be here to help.

Nagisa was shocked. He means alot to Rei-chan?! No one has ever really cared about him...
Nagisa didnt reply, instead he threw his phone across the room. He doesnt understand anything. This new feeling...its weird. He doesnt know how to feel. Whenever he is with Rei-chan, he feels warm and fuzzy. Does that mean....
No. Rei-chan can't possibly like him. Not him he thinks. "Im just a ugly, mistake." He whispers to himself. "No one would ever love me..." He sighs and jumps back in bed, not even caring that hes naked and its 40 degrees in his room. There he drifts off into a deep sleep...

Rei walks down the corriers of the highschool halls. He puts 5$ into a vending machine, and punches the number 10,13. He recives his snacks and heads to practice. Rei knows Nagisa isnt gonna be there, so whats the point. But he has to go. They have a game coming up, he cant slack. As he's about to walk into the gym, a strong arm pulls him aside. "R-Rin-senpai?" He studers. Rin shushes him and pulls him into a seperate room. He sits down on a chair and sighs. "Okay, what the fuck happened to Nagisa?!" He whispers. Rei nervously scratches his head, and then sits down in front of Rin. "He...he told me his story..about a accident. A accident that happened a year ago." he says with a sigh. Rin sits up in his chair more attentivly. Rei continues. "He started having flashbacks and started crying and screaming...so i brought him to his house at like 5:10. I made sure he wouldnt hurt himself..and uhhh.." he drifts off, staring at the ceiling. Rin chuckles. "Your in love with him arnt you" Rei is taken back by Rins statement. "I-Uh-Well. Um. See, I uh.." He stutters, not sure what to say. Rin smiles. "Its true. Everyone can see it a mile away. Even Sousuke and Kisumi noticed." Rin says with a smirk. Rei looks at him straight in the eyes. "Yes. I am in love with Nagisa-kun."

Nagisa walks into school the next day with only 2 hours of sleep. He practically dragged himself out of bed this morning. His only motivation for coming to school, was the he desprately wanted to see Rei-chan. He's about to turn around a corner when a big boy bumps into him, knocking him down with all his books. Nagisa hits the floor with a big grunt, and scrabbles for his books. "Hey, fucking watch where your going whimp!" the boy yells. Nagisa peers up at him, and notices how big he is. Atleast 190cm, and like 20kg more than Nagisa, and boy did he look intimidating. "I-Im, sorry..." he whispers, struggling to find words. The boy chuckles and grabs Nagisa by his collar. "The fuck you say pimp squeek. Ill bust your ass if your smart assing me" He throws Nagisa across the room, and he hits the wall, hard. By then he notices that there are several people around them, watching in horror. Nagisa struggles to get up, his back feeling like it had been stabbed. But the boy doesnt stop there. He runs over to Nagisa and punches him, square in the nose. Blood starts gushing out of Nagisa's small nose. "Hey!" He hears someone scream. The boy doesnt listen, and instead starts kicking Nagisa with full force. He is now curled into a tight ball, his whole body aching. But he doesnt stop the boy. Nagisa thought that he deserved it. So he didnt scream, or cry or fight back. He let the huge boy beat him up, over nothing. Just before Nagisa closes his eyes, he makes out a purple headed boy running across the hall at the boy, and pushing him to the ground. "R-Rei-chan..." he whispers, before blacking out.

Rei doesnt hesitate to punch the shit out of tha guy. The boy tries to punch back, but Rei is stronger. After the boy skimpered away, he picked up Nagisa and took him to his appartment. He knew how to treat his wounds, but all the stuff is at his appartment.

I hope Nagisa-kun is okay with this.

Rei opens the door to his appartment and sets Nagisa down on his couch. Rei has lived alone for serveral months, after he turned 18 he moved out of his house immidently. He couldnt stand his parents and wanted out. So he didnt have a fear of anyone interupting him. He slowly pulls Nagisa's shirt off, and see's the damage. Bruises on top of bruises. Many open wounds too. He runs to his kitchen and grabs the first aid kit. There he takes out a guaze and some cream for the wounds. He rubs the cream onto Nagisa's open wounds, and wraps them in the guaze. He stands back and looks at the passed out boy. "Nagisa-kun..." he whispers, on the edge of tears. Who would do this to such a kind boy? Someone so selfless and sweet and Nagisa? Rei is frustrated, angry even. He bends down to look at Nagisa more closley. His nose is bleeding, so Rei takes the action of holding a small rag to his nose. Most of the blood has stopped flowing, but just to make sure. Rei pulls out his phone and calls Rin. "Yo?" Rin answers after 3 rings. "Hey Rin. Someone beat up Nagisa, so once again im skipping practice. Tell the coach that it was a emergyncy." He then hangs up before Rin can say anything. He notices that Nagisa is awake now, staring out the window. "Nagisa-kun!!" He rushes over to Nagisa. He looks at him with such a hurt and sad look, Rei wants to cry. Nagisa has a few small tears streaming down his face, and his eyes are red. "Rei-chan...why do you keep saving me?" He whispers. "I-I..I dont deserve to be saved. I should of been beaten up till i died." Nagisa lowers his head and the tears start pouring faster. Before Rei knows it, he pulls Nagisa into a hug. "R-Rei-chan?!" He says, obviously shocked. "Nagisa, dont you ever say that again. Dont you ever say that you deserve to die. Because you dont. Nagisa...you mean so much to people." Now Rei is crying, harder than Nagisa. "Nagisa..I..I.." Nagisa stops him with a kiss. A kiss. Nagisa is kissing him. Rei's eyes widen for a second, then close. He wraps his arms around Nagisa's neck, and deepens the kiss. Nagisa has his eyes closed too, thoughts running through his head.

No one has ever tried to save me so many times. No one has ever...Treated me like this. No one has ever shown me love and care before. No one but Rei-chan.

Nagisa pulls away before Rei wants. He puts his forehead to Rei-chan's and sighs. "Rei...no one has ever cared about me like this before." he whispers. Rei kisses Nagisa's forehead and replys. "Thats because...I love you Nagisa." Nagisa's head shoots up and his eyes widen in suprise. "You..love me?" Rei nods. "Yes Nagisa. I have for a while now." Nagisa gives a ever so slight smile and whispers. "I do to." They both stare at each other for a minute and then kiss again, there love pronounced.
