I was gonna kill Allison! I really didn't wanna go on this date! We were supposed to go out yesterday but i made an excuse not to and today Allison won't let me out of it. She had went on many blind dates before but this was something i wasn't used to. Honestly as long as he's nice then we could get along. I didn't need him to be some handsome male model for me to take an interest. I really hope he doesn't care about appearances either. I was nothing to look at i mean i had dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, i was a bit darker than Allison, and i had glasses. I didn't usually wear them unless i was just hanging at home or i was just to lazy to put my contacts in. I was always a bit insecure.

"You don't have to worry you look gorgeous". Allison complimented as if reading my mind. I'm serious this girl was a freakin mind reader! Allison was even more insecure yet she didn't have a reason to be i mean look at her she's tall, thin, has green eyes, she's pale, and overall she's a sweet and loyal friend. Allison went through a self harming phase that only me and Lily knew about. I think it had to do with all the things her ex boyfriend used to tell her. He had no idea how badly a simple word such as worthless could hurt her. All her scars had faded and she hasn't cut in 2 years i am so proud of her!

"Thanks Ally". I sigh. I wasn't convinced. Ally always told me how beautiful i was and i appreciated it. It was crazy that a girl who's been put through so much in life still has so much hope in her. She had no parents, she was in a love triangle, and she had people issues yet she still managed to smile through all the problems. I admired her for that. I was wearing my red shorts and a black Ed Sheeran concert shirt. Allison knew i couldn't stand dresses and unlike Lily said i should be comfortable. So she had lent me this outfit and it looked pretty nice. I had my hair up in a loose bun.

"OW"! I yelp in pain. Allison was doing my makeup and she had a shaky hand.

"Sorry, sorry, sorry"! She apologized cleaning my eye after poking it with eye liner. I sigh wiping off all the makeup except for the lipgloss and put my glasses on... if Liam didn't like me for me then that was just too bad.

"I actually poked her in the eye when she first went on a date with Harry maybe it's good luck". Lily joked.

"Oh shut up Lily that Irish boy of yours is all the luck you need". Allison teased making me laugh. Lily throws a pillow attempting to hit Allison but instead hit me straight in the face.

"HEY, HEY WATCH THE MONEY MAKER"! I yelled laughing.

"IF THAT PRETTY LITTLE FACE OF YOURS MAKES YOU SO MUCH MONEY HOW COME WE'RE BEHIND ON RENT"!?! Lily joked.

"BECAUSE WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE WINDOW YOU BROKE"! I laugh.

"I LIVE WITH IDIOTS"! Allison announced. She was not normal either i mean she harasses random people in the lift.

"Hey Liam should be here anytime to pick you up". Lily points out.

"I'm scared". I admit.

"There's no need to be scared love he's really sweet and i guarantee you'll be just fine". Allison assures me placing a supportive hand on my shoulder.

*Knock*Knock*Knock*

"Go answer it it's Liam". Allison gives me a little push and i make my way to the door and open it.

"Hi you must be Mackenzie be Mackenzie". He greets holding out a hand for me to shake. I gladly accept his offer. He hands me a bright red rose and i smile.

"Thank you Liam you can call me Mack if you want". I offer politely. He had dirty blonde hair, smashing brown eyes, he was a gentlemen... he was already making a great impression on me.

"Okay well Mack shall we"? He ask holding out his arm for me to which i link mine with. He leads me to his car and opens the door for me and although i usually prefer being independent i found this really sweet and romantic. He drives off and starts to make conversation.

"So where are you from love"? He ask.

"Oh i'm from Doncaster but i moved here a long time ago and bought my own flat but it gets lonely so i usually hang with Lily and Allison at their place what about you"? I ask curiously.

"I've lived here my whole life". He laughs.

"Well it is beautiful here". I smile.

"You're beautiful". He complements.

Liam's P.O.V

I can't believe i just said that.

"Thank you you're so sweet". She thanks. Phew i thought i was gonna embarrass myself. Mackenzie was gorgeous, funny, and really cool i already fancied her. She wasn't like most girls she was special. I loved how she wore simple clothes, wore her glasses without shame and she had nothing to be ashamed of she had natural beauty radiating off of her. I wanted to take her somewhere special so i decided to take her to a spot only i knew about. We arrived and i lead her through a mixture of trees to get there. I held her hand in mine and a picnic basket in the other. It was just past the forest. We finally made our way there and she stared at the waterfall in awe. I smile as i notice the moonlight illuminate her features.

"It's so breathtaking". She smiled. I pull out the picnic basket and set it up on a rock just by the waterfall.

"Liam this is literally the sweetest thing ever". She beamed.

"I'm glad you like it". I smile. She gazes at the waterfall and i realize what she wants to do.

"Do you wanna swim"? I ask smiling.

"Can i"? She ask.

"Of course". I laugh.

"Will you come with me"? She ask smiling wide.

"Sure". I smile slipping of my Vans and taking off my shirt. She slips off her converse and looks at me giggling.

"Ally is gonna kill me for getting her clothes wet but oh well"! She laughed jumping in and quickly surfacing.

"Crap that's freezing"! She exclaims laughing. I quickly jump in and swim up beside her. She grins and then shoves me underwater swimming away as fast as she could. It was freezing but with her right beside me i felt warm and welcome.

"Come here"! I yell swimming after her quickly catching up and pulling her towards me. She smiles and i put my hands on either side of her waist. She rested her hands on my shoulders. I smile bringing her closer and pressing my lips onto hers. Wow we had just met and now we're kissing. I'm not complaining this is the best moment of my life right now. She kisses back passionately and then to my suprise shoves me underwater. I surface and see her laughing.

"Take that lover boy"! She yelled swimmimg away. This girl was definitely different... a good different. I laugh and swim after her.

The night was filled with laughs and fun. We head home and when we arrive i walk her up to her door.

"Thanks Li that was really fun". She thanks wrapping her arms around me in a passionate hug.

"I had a lot of fun too maybe we can do this again sometime". I suggest.

"Yeah i'd love that". She blushed.

"Goodnight Mack". I say before pressing a quick kiss to her lips.

"Goodnight Li". She smiles and walks inside waving goodbye. I smile and walk back down to my car and head home. This was the best night and i spent it with the best girl.
