The sound of snow crunching under footsteps and laboured breathing filled Saezis ears as she made her way up the dirt path to the quaint log cabin that sat only meters away from her. The Bounty Hunter loved Alderaan, it reminded her of her childhood and all the exploring she did with her brother and sister when they were just young kids. Alderaan was home more than anything, even dreary, rainy Kaas city in which she had lived for most of her life. The bag weighing down on her shoulder was heavy and she could feel her muscles begin to ache as she walked the front door.

Saezi twisted the door knob and took a couple of steps into the cabin. The cabin was a huge three room structure located in a hidden valley between two snowcapped mountains on Alderaan not too far from where House Thul based themselves. Everything was wooden except a few pieces of the furniture and it felt more like comfortable than any other place Saezi had ever been. She spotted someone with a head full of long auburn hair sat on the couch but ignored them, she moved past and set her bag down on the floor next to the polished wooden dining table in the center of the room.

She pulled off her thick jacket and dropped it next to her bag before sticking her arms out and stretching them, letting out a big sigh. She was exhauted and all she wanted to do was sleep, but she had news to tell.

"Good hunt Sae?" spoke a melodic voice from behind her, Saezi turned around and look to her sister.

Khalei sat with her legs crossed over one another, a cup of tea in hand. Her hair looked a lot redder than she remembered and she had it down, it curled around in small ringlets which stopped mid chest. She had her typical diplomats smile. A smile in which Saezi never fully trusted, she knew how deceiving sith could be, she had encountered more than enough on her hunts.

"T'was alright, he nearly got away but I caught him but I ended up letting him go." she replied, she leaned against the table and crossed her arms over as she took in her sister, she knew exactly what she was thinking. Saezi squeezed her eyes shut before she started speaking again. "He knew where Jonai went."

There was nothing said for a few short moments, just the sound of Saezi's heavy breathing, then Khalei spoke, this time at a much closer distance than from the couch she once sat on.

"Its been who knows how many years since he disappeared."

Saezi opened her eyes and looked at her sister, only 3 years younger than her and more powerful than she would ever be. She now stood only a few steps away, moving in that quiet and swift way that she always did ever since she left for Korriban, before that Khalei was as clumsy as could be. Her sisters usually cool demeanor was gone, instead her face was twisted into a deep frown. She opened her mouth and let out a small whisper. "What did- Where did your bounty say he was?"

Saezi clenched her fist. "They worked together on Nar Shaddaa, some sort of criminal activity. He went by a new name but slipped up once and revealed his full name when he thought he was alone with a lady. No one saw him again after that."

Khalei made her way back to the sofa as Saezi spoke, the tapping of her heeled boots on the wooden flooring echoed in the room. "Was this recently?"
The bounty hunter takes a few steps towards the couch and sits down next to her. "This was 23 years ago." Saezi falls back against the back of the chair and puts her hands over her face. "I was also told that he has a daughter now, the lady he slept with on Shaddaa had his child. Jonai must have been... around 17 at the time when she was conceived."

After hearing no reply Saezi peeked through her fingers, Khalei's face was back to normal, a steely smile disguised to look pleasant and friendly. A politicians smile, Khaleis defense mechanism when things got too much for her. Saezi suddenly felt a rush of regret, she shouldn't of told her sister, she was sith and was good at hiding her feelings but that didnt mean that she didn't feel. Admitedly Saezi knew nothing of being a sith only that they were strong and most of the time where her pay check came from but she knew that she just struck something in her sister.

Khalei stood up and motioned towards the door that led to the master bedroom." I- have a call to make." she spoke before she stood up and quickly make her way out of the room, with only the sound of the heels of her boots tapping against the hard wood floors filled the cabin.

So Saezi sat alone on the couch, thinking of only her newfound niece, who lived a life with no relatives and no one to call family. The thought made her shiver. But if there was one thing Saezi was good at, it would be finding people, even if they didnt want to be found.
