In the morning Lawrence saw Sahara laying next to him sleeping. He was happy that nothing happened last night. They just slept nothing else. He got up and went to camp. Smoke ran out of the hole that was carved into a log so that the smoke could escape. Lawrence crawled into the hole and saw Jacob. "What happened?" Jacob looked at him. "I stayed the night at the actual house." Lawrence felt Sahara next to him. He turned and crawled out. Once out he ran to the carriage. He could not bare that he kissed her. Once he found the missing wheel, he placed it on the wagon. "What are you doing?" Sahara came behind him. "I'm tightening the wheel" Lawrence told her. "You can't change what happened." Sahara told him. "It's not that! I just.....Just nothing" Lawrence burst into anger. "Just what?" Sahara pleaded. "I just don't want to hurt you" Lawrence told her. "You can't hurt me. Now i think your looking for this." Sahara handed him the horse carriage harness. Lawrence went and grabbed a mare. "Lets name this one Equinox. She will be yours." Lawrence harnessed her up. She looked pretty in the harness. Lawrence climbed onto the drivers seat with Sahara next to him. "Walk on" Lawrence ordered. The carriage started moving as Equinox was walking.

Each hoof step pounded the earth. They decided to follow a trail that led to her Great grandfather's land. The drive went well until the river. Equinox stopped and pawed at the ground over and over. "We better not push her we will end up like black beauty" Lawrence joked. He got off and led her through the river. The wheels caught onto the soft mud and glided over them. When Lawrence got onto the carriage a rifle man held a gun to Lawrence's head.
