A beam of light filled the room as the curtain fluttered in the morning breeze. Jen rolled over and smiled, because today was the first day of comic con. Her eyes drifted towards the alarm clock that sat beside her bed. She should have been up half an hour ago. Without wasting another moment she rose from her bed and made her way to the closet.
With all her clothes surrounding her, Jen felt small. She had SO many things to choose from. Then a selection of dresses caught her eye. And she rushed around the closet throwing them into a small suitcase she'd gotten out the spare room the night before. After an hour she was packed and ready to go.
A knock at the door made her snap out of her daydream. They were here. It was time to go.
Jen rushed down the stairs and opened the door to the one person she was most looking forward to spending the weekend with. Colin. He smiled as soon as he saw her.
"Let me take that to the car for you." He said in that sexy Irish accent Jen loved so much. He was always such a gentleman. Especially when it came to Jen. But she pretended like she didn't realize that.
It was only a short journey to the venue so Colin and Jen had decided to drive their together. They were both really looking forward to this weekend. Neither of them had seen each other for almost two months now, and that was a long time for both of them to be apart.
The car journey was over before it even began. Both Colin and Jen had sung along to the radio and had a nice catch up. When they arrived Jen suddenly felt sad. Maybe it was because now everyone else would be here. Not just her and Colin.
Little did Jen know, Colin was having the exact same thoughts.
Jen was the one who broke the silence. "Well, we should... go in and see everyone." Colin nodded. So in they went.
There were people everywhere. As soon as they both got inside various cast members pulled them into hugs and started conversations with them. Which meant there was no chance either of them were getting time alone any time soon.

After everything had calmed down Jen and Colin were finally alone. But they knew it wouldn't be for long... Because the cast all wanted to go get a drink and both of them had to go. Deep down they just wanted to be alone together.
Colin looked lustfully at Jen. He wanted the taste of her sweet lips on his once more. Just as he inched closer to her Ginny barged into the room.
"There you are Jen. Come on let's go get ready! Colin go find Josh I think he's looking for you." She smiled sweetly.
He watched them both leave and a sad feeling came over him. He had been so close to doing what he had always wanted to do but it seemed they always got interrupted by someone or something.
A few minutes passed before Colin moved from where him and Jen were sat moments before. He got up slowly and looked around the fancy hotel room. Then he knew what needed to be done...
Jen just wanted the night to be over already. Her and Ginny walked into Jen's room and started to get ready.
"Are you excited for tomorrow?" Ginny asked casually. Jen just nodded. Ginny looked down at her with a concerned look. "Is everything alright Jen?"
Jen looked away. "I'm fine." She lied. "Come on, let's just get ready and go meet the others."
Everyone was all dressed up and waiting in the lobby when Jen and Ginny finally went down.
"You ladies took your time." Josh laughed loudly. Ginny playfully punched his arm and Jen just smiled.
Her eyes searched the crowd to find the only person she wanted to spend time with tonight. But she couldn't see him anywhere.
