"Everyone is in the Great Hall. That's where we're sleeping tonight. McGonagall asked me to come find you." Hermione said as we approached the Great Hall.
I nodded.
Harry was sitting upright, while everyone else was lying down.
"Oh thank Merlin you're okay." Harry jumped up and hugged me. "Don't you ever scare me like that again." Harry scolded.
I apologised as I got into a sleeping bag on the floor.
"Christella. Christella." I was being shaken awake by... Percy?
Why Percy of all people?
"Hm?" I mumbled.
"Come with me." Percy helped me up and I followed him out.
He looked worried.
I looked around to see that everyone else was asleep.
"What time is it Percy?" I asked sleepily.
"Don't worry about it Christella." We entered Dumbledore's office and Percy grabbed my arm.
"I understand that you are worried about Miss Potter, Mr Weasley." Dumbledore said as we entered his office.
Percy nodded.
"I don't understand. Why is Percy worried about me?" I asked.
"You keep having nightmares. Don't think no one has noticed. And you haven't been eating. It's not normal." Percy had his back turned to me.
"Mr Weasley came to me earlier, because you were apparently having a nightmare. Can you tell me what it was about?" Dumbledore asked.
I thought back.
"It's always the same one. It's my friends and Harry, dead." I say.
Percy turned around and looked into my piercing green eyes.
"Why haven't you told someone? Why haven't you told me?" Percy uncrossed his arms.
"We haven't been on the best terms lately." I said like it was the most obvious thing.
"Okay, but-" Percy cut himself off.
He walked out of the room.
I slumped down the wall.
"He does care Christella." Dumbledore said.
"I know, but it doesn't seem like it." I sighed.
Dumbledore nodded.
"You may go back to the Great Hall. Get some more rest." Dumbledore said.
I nodded and got up and went back to my sleeping bag.
The next day, we were told we were allowed back to our dorms.
My first lesson was DADA and I was looking forward to it.
I entered the classroom to find Snape standing out the front.
"You're both late, Potter and Weasley. Excuses?" Snape said in his usual monotonous voice.
"Late! By like, 30 seconds!" Ginny snapped.
She kept on going on.
"Detention Weasley." Snape said, a smug smirk on his face.
Ginny sat down beside me.
I knew what we were doing today.
Boggart theory. Second years aren't allowed to actually have a practical on Boggarts.
That's why I was with third years when I did.
It was going to be terrible with Snape.
"Professor Lupin has not informed me of the topics you have covered so far-" Snape was interrupted by another Gryffindor.
"We should be doing theory on Boggarts."
"I wasn't asking for information, just pointing out Professor Lupin's lack of organisation." Snape had a twisted smile on his face.
"May I ask Professor, why is Professor Lupin not teaching us?" I asked.
Snape's previous glare softened when he looked at me.
He made eye contact, before turning his back.
"He claimed to feel too ill to teach today. Nothing life threatening." Snape said.
"Turn to the last chapter of your books. Page 394 to be exact." It was on werewolves.
A glare appeared on my face, but I kept my head down.
"Don't you dare." I said plain and clearly, so Snape could hear me.
"Was that a threat Potter?"
"You know exactly what you're doing." I deadpanned.
"Yes, I do, I'm teaching the class about werewolves."
Snape had the biggest smirk on his face.
"I know what's behind this. There's more to it."
I now picked my head up and glared at Snape.
The longer I held the glare the more guilty Snape looked.
Everyone was looking over at me, unable to see Snape's face.
I picked up my things and left the class.
I was not going to put up with him and his stupid games.
Especially when it comes to Remus.
I met up with Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny in the Great Hall for lunch.
I was still in a foul mood though.
Hermione pulled me aside.
"What happened?" She asked, knowing I was mad.
"Snape." I spat his name venomously.
"Defence against the dark arts?" She asked.
I nodded.
"We had him too." Hermione said. "Did you figure it out?" I asked.
"About Lupin?"
"Yes. He told me when I was at the Weasley's. I asked- Never mind. Anyway, I got really mad and stormed out of class." I said.
I was so glad to be able to vent.
"You okay Crystal?" Harry asked, coming over to us.
I nodded and sat with Ginny, Hermione across the table.
Ughhhhhhhhhhh....
I have writers block again. :(
And I also feel like this chapter was either;1: Too short.
2: A filler and therefore uninteresting.
3: There was too many unimportant things that I added in.
Again, back to me Ughhhhhhhhhhing...
Eh you know what, just so you can be somewhat entertained, I'll see if Crystal wants to talk.
Me: Hey Crystal? You want to talk to everyone?
Crystal: If it means I can talk about how horrible Snape is, then sure.
Me: Uh okay then...
Crystal: Snape is so annoying and evil and irritating and he makes me mad and gave Ginny detention and UGH!
Me: This is how I feel about the general population of the world 97% of the time. *sighs*
Well, Crystal went back into the book, so, uh, yeah.
Sorry?
Bye awesome people who are awesome and not weird like me!
:)
