C R Y S T A L ' S P O V
The rest of the week was boring beyond words.
I was glad we didn't have potions with Snape, because I don't think I would be able to stay in a tolerable mood. When I say that, I mean no one around me would be able to tolerate me.
Friday was a Hogsmeade trip for anyone who was in third year and over, so I would be staying behind with Ginny.
The day ended early, so I went straight to the common room to meet with Fred and George.
"Hey Little Chrissy, how can we help you?" The twins chorused.
"I was wondering if you two were going to Hogsmeade?" I asked.
"Of course." They said.
I dug out 25 Galleons out of my pocket and held it in the palm of my hand.
"If I give your this money, could you get me some chocolate and sweets from Honeydukes?" I asked.
"Of course Little Chrissy." George smiled.
I handed them the money.
"If there's money left over, you guys keep it."
Harry and I were wandering around the castle, when we saw Remus not far away from us.
I ran up to him and gave him a huge but gentle hug, while Harry walked up behind me, shaking his head laughing.
Remus happily hugged me back, also laughing.
After having a long conversation, Harry bought up the topic of dementors.
"What spell did you use to make them leave?" I asked. "They didn't seem to time to be intimidated."
"It's called the Patronus Charm. Very advanced magic, not taught at Hogwarts." Remus answered.
"Professor, do you think you could teach us?" Harry asked.
I mentally rolled my eyes.
Merlin Harry, he just said its not taught at Hogwarts.
"I would have to ask permission of Professor Dumbledore. After the holidays, I'll ask." Remus said.
A few hours later, everyone came back from Hogmeade.
I felt kind of guilty for leaving Ginny alone, but she assured me she was with someone.
Fred and George came to me with bags full of chocolate and sweets from Honeydukes, and I made sure to give them some before going to my dorm.
I placed a load of the chocolate, most of it actually, into one bag, and went to Remus's office.
"I know you haven't been well, so here's a bunch on chocolate!" I said, handing Remus the bag.
"Thank you Crystal, you didn't have to." Remus gave me a hug.
"It's from Honeydukes, my favourite! But how did you get it?" Remus asked, an eyebrow raised.
"Fred and George got it for me." I said.
He nodded and hugged me again.
I was in Remus's office until after curfew, (whoops) so he had to walk me back to the common room so I wouldn't get in trouble.
I went up the stairs and opened the door to my dorm quietly to ensure I didn't wake anyone who might've been sleeping up.
I looked around to see who was there, when I saw that Ginny was in our dorm already.
Thank Merlin I hid those sweets, or they would be gone now.
"Where are Kayla and Madeline?" I asked.
They were Ginny and I's roommates.
"No idea. They're probably in detention. Always are." Ginny shrugged.
I pulled out a sugar quill from under my pillow and threw it at Ginny.
She had her back turned so she had no idea where I got it from.
"SUGAR QUILLS!" Ginny shoved the entire thing in her mouth.
I think I know where I got my love for sugar quills from.
"Ginevra Molly Weasley!" Percy shouted.
He didn't seem to be acknowledging that I was in the room.
"Since when were you allowed in the girls dorms Perce?" Ginny asked sassily.
"I'm Head Boy." He repeated for the 40th time that hour.
Fine, I might have been exaggerating.
"Everyone needs to be quiet! People are studying for their N.E.W.T.S and O.W.L.S and end of year exams! A bit of respect?"
I knew that Percy was studying for his N.E.W.T.S and he had been on edge, all year really.
This is the part where I realise that we're barely a halfway into the year.
Hermione then walked in not long after.
"He's right you know."
Then she walked out.
"Wow, she walked in just to say that." I muttered to myself.
After about an hour of Ginny purposely being as loud as possible, just to annoy Percy, we decided to go to bed.
It was about 9pm.
"Crystal, did you want to wake up and go to breakfast?" Hermione was shaking me awake.
I shook my head.
"Ginny has gone to breakfast already, but I'm not in the mood. I'll stay here with you." Hermione said.
I slowly sat up and Hermione sat at the end of my bed.
"Im going to do some homework. You don't mind do you?" Hermione asked.
I shook my head.
"I've finished mine." I say.
I saw Hermione's pile of homework which I was sure was twice the size of Ron or Harry's, or even Fred and George. After a few minutes of pondering on it, I decided to ask Hermione about it.
"Mione, I can't help but notice your pile of homework is huge. I'm probably wrong, but I thought I'd ask. Do you have a Time Turner?" I asked.
Hermione looked at me and paused, before slowly nodding.
"Don't tell anyone. McGonagall gave it to me. How do you know about Time Turners?"
"Ive read about them."
"Glad to see you read like me Crystal."
Hey! So Crystal knows about Hermione's Time Turner! Hmm... What could this mean??
