I'm walking down the hallway toward a staircase, one of the many at wvhs,
But at this one there is a tall, cool stranger,

I have butterflies as I walk closer
"Stay calm" I say to myself "you need to be cool just like him"
He sees me. We lock eyes, I want to stare but I don't want to seem awkward so I look down, but I have enough courage to say "Hi Pat"
He looks at me and says "Hi"
"Wow" I think, he's perfect
