Chapter Six

I quickly edited the video and posted it. I checked the time to see I was on time. I put on my suit and called for Bear since Sebastian was asleep. He ran around exited. I was patrolling tonight figuring I might be able to see Batcoon. Just on cue he spoke from the earpiece.

"Shadow!" He said

"Yeah" I responded silently opening my door and quietly leaving. 

"You patrolling?" He asked

"How did you know I have my mask on?" I asked climbing a wall of a building

"The earpice has a light on it and it turns green when the other person is on and red when they aren't" he explained

"Ohhhh" 

"Well I gotta go Evan's coming bye!" He blurted out 

"Talk to you later!" I said turning off the microphone.

I watched on top of a tall building. I looked through the streets waiting for action. Bear in his eagle form swooped down and landed on my shoulder.

"Man we must be looking really majestic right now" I laughed 

Bear just sat there scanning the roads. He swooped down to show me something I followed and ran roof to roof freedom felling my veins and exitment as well. I smiled and kept running. I looked across the street to see Batcoon. I smiled and flew to the other side. He chuckled as I landed next to him as we ran side to side.

"Where's your friend I thought you said he was coming." I said

"Well he left and told me to come to a different location but it seemed that you already patrolled that area" he said stopping

"Well yeah!" I laughed sitting on the edge watching the cars speed by.

Del sat down next to me.

"Well I gotta tell you something." He sighed

"Yeah I listening!" I chuckled as Bear turned into a wolf and sat in between us.

"Well the only resn Evan is looking for your identity.." He stopped

"Go on!" I insisted 

"Ok he is cause well.." He stopped for a moment "cause he has a crush on Shadow" he blurted out

My cheeks flushed red as I sat there. The I began to laugh. He looked at me.

"Well let's just say he's way behind cause someone already called me beautiful" I chuckled flipping my hair.

We both laughed and chatted. It was good talking to my old friend. We sat there what seemed like hours until sirens roared. I flinched and watched as people screamed. I smirked as I saw it was Storm. 

"There's my admirer!" I smirked jumping off my building and flew towards Storm Del jumping across buildings towards him.

Night Owl's POV

I sighed and slumped against the wall and sat on the roof. Anger bloiled through my blood as I saw what happened. I was jealous. Then sirens roared. A smile spread across my face. Let's see how she really fights along with my friend.

Your POV

I ran into battle. I watched as people recorded the situation. I attacked him. His eyes softened as soon as Storm saw it was me. 

"I know but I know you wanted to see me" I smirked

I saw a small blush appear on his cheeks and he tried to play it off. Batcoon took his chance and tied him up with his grappling hook. I grabbed Storm and pinned him down.

"Well it's seems that you're stuck!" I chuckled

He chuckle and sparks ran through the hook. I knocked it out of Del's hand and grabbed it. The currents ran though my veins giving energy. He looked at me his jaw dropping. My eyes turned red.

"My family join me in battle!" I yelled 

Del and Storm looked astonished. Storm managed to get out of the grappling hook. Roars and screeches echoed through the air as demons looking like hell appeared. A horse of fire ran to me and Del. I hopped on Del doing the same.

"Attack!!" I yelled pointing at Storm

Demons from skeletons on fire that are on fire to Dragons that scales and wings where torn and there roars seemed to Echo into screeches of people being tortured. I laughed Del joining are laughs sounding like phsycos. Storm stared at us fear clouding his eyes as demons cornered him. We galloped towards him. My eyes blazing. Bear looking like a scary ass dog you don't what to mess with. Storm was scratched as he screeched in terror as he flew away scratches ripping his suit. My eyes turned back to (E/C). I hopped of the horse Del copying. I watched as the demons disappeared into Hell. I high-fived Del as we both laughed. 

"That was awesome!" He laughed

"Powers!" I said

We both laughed and stopped and started at each other for a while.

"Se ya around Batcoon" I said waving at him flying away Bear following.

People cheered my name. I waved at them. Some people shouted Shadowcoon. I laughed at that and flew off. My wings feeling free.

Night Owl's POV

I stood there astonished. Del spotted me.

"You ok bro" 

"How did she, I.. You.. " I mumbled

Del laughed his signature laugh.

"It's complicated. Plus you got competition Storm. Yet I feel like tomorrow after this night he'll change his mind" he chuckled flipping his knife in his hand.

"Yet somehow that made me love her more" I mumbled

He laughed. He ran off. Why is this so complicated first I like (Name) now I like Shadow. I sighed. I got make up my mind.
