What to Do

I groan as I hear my alarm go off and this time I grab it and slam it into the trash can that sets by my bed. I rub my eyes and hurry to get dressed. Once I am fully dressed in my uniform, I race out of my room and towards the front door. Oh good! My parents are still asleep so if I skip breakfast then they won't see me. I grab my backpack and walk out the door, locking it behind me.

I sit on the steps of the school waiting for it to start, I smile when I see Dick walk up to me. I wave and he frowns." You ok? You don't look to good." He said putting a hand on my forehead, checking my temperature. I laugh and pull his hand away.

"I'm fine I just didn't get to eat any breakfast." I say and he looks like he doesn't believe me but Dick drops the subject. I sigh as the school bell rings and I jump up, eager to get the day over with...

"Hey Dick!" I say sitting down at our lunch table. He stares at me in disbelief when he sees that I don't have a lunch either." I didn't have time to make one..." I said, although it sounded more like a question than a statement. He raises an eyebrow and shakes his head. He better not ask any questions... to my surprise he drops the subject again and we, I mean he, eats in silence. I couldn't stop thinking about Robin though he was kind and understanding but I couldn't help thinking that I knew him from somewhere...

"Hailey?" Dick asked snapping me back to reality. He laughs and shakes his head.

"What?" I ask and he just laughs even more, but then he gets serious.

"You were starring. I tried to get you attention but you were like lost DEEP in thought." He said smirking and I could feel the heat rise to my cheeks. Was I really starring!? Dick noticed this and quickly tried to make me feel better." Don't worry! You were just starring straight ahead so if anyone noticed then I'll say that you were admiring my good looks." He said. I laugh and I got up, walked over to him, and (playfully) slugged him in the arm.

"Ow. Nice punch, Rocky." He said knowing Rocky was one of my favourite movies of all time. I roll my eyes as the bell rang for the last half of the day." See you after school?" He asked and nodded.

"Your house this time, although I really wouldn't call it a house exactly." I say and it was his turn to roll his eyes. I smirk and walk down to my next class, but I remember something...

"Nice kick. Who are you exactly?" The boy wonder asked me...

I stop for a moment and think. Dick can't be Robin, can he? Nah! I'm being stupid. I think when a teacher yelled at me to get to class. I speed walk to class, just making it before the bell rang. I sigh as the teacher starts talking... just a few more hours...

When the day was done I walked outside to see Dick waiting for me." Ready?" He asked and I nodded. We both smiled and hopped into a limousine that drove us to Dick's house, Wayne Manor! I look at all the pretty flowers and trees. Dick smiled at me and we walked into the humongous mansion. Once inside Dick and I went to separate rooms so we could change out for our uniforms and into comfier clothes. I changed into a navy blue hoodie, light blue holy jeans, pink t-shirt, and some black converse. I walk out of the room with my uniform packed neatly in my backpack. I found Dick sitting in front of the TV watching the news. I flop down next to him and watch it too.

This just in! Joker and Harley Quinn's cells at Arkham Asylum were found empty last night and we have news that they robbed a bank but Batman and Robin stopped them, although they were not able to apprehend them. I have heard that they two psychopaths have once again dragged their daughter along for the ride, thus being the reason the dynamic duo couldn't catch them.....

"I feel bad for their daughter." Dick said and I look at him, he wasn't joking." I'm not sure she really wants to do this, how do we even know that she's crazy? She hasn't killed anyone which tells me that she's more sain than her parents." Dick said and I wonder how he would know such things but I don't ask.

"Um... what do you want to do!?" I ask trying change the subject. He is about to say something when someone busts the front door down. In comes Joker and Harley Quinn holding guns.

"Look pudden! We got some hostages!"
