.7 Mistake

Taehyung POV

'I can't believe being late 3 times is a detention, who made that rule?!' I thought opening a window and looking for a clear path. Although, I'd like to thank whoever thought putting detention on the first floor was a good idea.

"HEY, KIM TAEHYUNG! WHERE DO YOU THINK YOURE GOING!?" A teacher yelled after me but it was too late I was already past the court yard

"I'm going home Mr. Byun! Don't be mad!" I yelled back while waving.

I would have apologized but I'm already past the gate and no one is home so I'll just walk around I guess. I was turning the corner when something sent me flying.

"IMSORRYEXCUSEME!"

And with that they were gone... Weird, you would think people would check to see if you're okay after knocking them flat on their ass.

Hmm what's this? Some weird cubular thing???? (A/N Yes cubular is now a word XD)

Wait this looks a lot like one of those inhaler things Hyemi carries around. 'Crap guess I'll have to find that person I ran into.'

I started jogging after the thing that ran me over. It couldn't have gotten far especially if they dropped this. I tried following the trail but I'm hopeless. The best way to put it is, I'm directionally challenged. Living in this city all my life and I barely know any roads. Hilarious right. Well I might as well start looking in stores or I'll get lost again.

I set foot in a clothing store, it was one of the more modern ones with fancy manneqins or whatever. I looked around and was about to leave when I saw someone crouching behind a rack of clothing.

I snuck up behind them, "Hey you looking for this?"

She jumped at my words and immediately clutched the kid she was holding while glaring daggers.

"Hey now, you ran into me, shouldn't I be the angry one? Also you dropped this so I came to find you, chill girl." I said waving the inhaler in her face

She grabbed it and quickly took a breath in and then out. But she was still tense in her position with the kid.

"Why are you hiding?" I asked sitting down next to her

"Why are you asking?" She responded

"I'm bored at the moment, come on make this fun." I pouted

She hesitated for a moment. Unsure of what she should say it looked like.

"Well you see......"

"No way that really happened!?!!!" I nearly shouted

"Shhh, shut up or I'll be caught!" She hissed

I nodded silently in agreement.

"Could you help me?" She asked, her eyes basically begging me

"Uhhh I guess?" I shrugged

"Could you make a scene out front so I can run out the side door?"she said pointing at both ends of the shop

Judging from her uniform, she goes to a school nearby. "Hey if I do this for you, could you make me a deal?" I asked standing up

"Sure anything." She said also getting ready to run

"Alright then," I took out a pen from my bag and then messily scribbled my number on her arm, "call me punk."

She began to complain but I smiled and ran to the store front.

'I wonder if she'll keep that promise.' I thought opening the doors

Haeri POV

'That weird guy I just met is actually helping me. Thanks uh...' I looked down at my arm, the writing was so messy but I could make out some of it, 'Im Taeyang?? What a weird name.' I thought.

All of the sudden I hear yelling, its definitely the man. 'Did he find us?!'

Taehyung POV

On the way out I took a hat and sunglasses then threw money at the cashier. I guess my uniform can pass for a security guard if I button it up.

'God why am I even doing this?' I thought standing outside looking left and right.

Then came a man stumbling down the street towards me. 'He's drunk and its not even 3pm?'

He walked up to me and looked me dead in the eye, "Who are you looking at you damn rascal."

'Control yourself Taehyung, he's just some drunk. Don't look suspicious.' I didn't say a word.

"Too good to talk to me huh?! I'll teach you a lesson punk!" He yelled swinging his arm at my head.

I took a step backwards, he's disorganized and slow. I pull his arm behind his back and held him there while he shouted at me.

"The delemma of being bored. You either deal with it or do something crazy huh." I said sighing

At that moment the girl came out the door in front of us.

"Shit did I go out the wrong door??!" I said mentally facepalming
