TODAY IS THE DAY. I'm done fighting. I'm sick and tired of this battle, and I want it to stop. I tried and tried, but I just couldn't.

"Leo?" Hazel knocks and my heart beat accelerates. As she comes inside, a frown was etched on her lips. "Can I tell you something?" She asks and I nod in response. "I'm scared, with everything that is going on at the moment. What if it all goes horribly wrong?"

Things really will.

"I don't want to die, I don't want you guys to die, you all mean so much to me and-" I cut her off by giving her a hug, a quarter for comfort, mostly as my apology to her.

"Okay well, I've got to go, see you upstairs," She says as she brushes her pants with the palms of her hands, after wiping her tears, she goes outside of my bunk.

As her footsteps faded, I quickly grabbed a burnt piece of paper and wrote a short note in morse code.

I'm sorry

I WAS IGNORED. When I sat down beside Piper and Hazel, I was treated as if I was a ghost, as if I couldn't be seen. Probably because they were too busy laughing at a joke Jason and Percy made.

Twenty minutes of 'not existing' later, I brushed my pants and cleared my throat. "I've got to go," I said in a hurry, and before anyone could respond, I dashed off. I went to the secret exit I had made, by the stables.

Upon reaching the place, I put in the code and the door opened. I jumped out of the Argo II and ran as far as I could. I found a rock, behind a large oak tree, that looked as if it was burnt down in flames. A wicked smile stretched across my face, for I know that whatever would be happening next, had been planned and there is no way I am backing out.

After I had done it, I would get Calypso out of Ogygia, I would be with the girl I love, also, I would be with my mother at last, after all these years. But would she accept me? I was the reason why she died in the first place.

"Go on, mijo, do it for your mother," A voice in my head says. An image of Calypso then appears in my head.

She pleas, "Leo, get me out of here, I'm waiting," and with that, I stood up, brushed my pants, took a deep breath, and proceeded with my plan.

IT HAS BEEN DONE. A wicked smile was plastered on my face as I stared down knowingly at my flaming hands. As I look up, I see the Argo II burning down in flames. I know that I let Annabeth down the most, but I don't really care anymore, and that is, if they live.

Because that was when the flames went dark.
