"if you start like this, i'll get a wrong image of you, ma'am.", the therapist speaks in an arrogant kind of voice. he speaks like those people who own a mansion, 3 cars and a yacht. exactly.

hitomi is anxious. she feels like just jumping out of the window. she knows that she's not depressed. so why declare it? for jinyoung?

"your friend jinyoung told me he thinks you're suicidal and also depressed.", he speaks again. "how about you sit down on the couch and we talk about it?"

hitomi just keeps standing there and doesn't move. she's facing the door playing with the sleeves of her hoodie. it was taehyun's hoodie.

"is there anyone you want to see?", he asks.

no answer.

"anyone you miss?"

no answer.

"anyone you love?"

hitomi starts crying and wipes her tears. the therapist brought her to her breaking point and hitomi knew this was going to come up. he studied psychology. he knows how people work and how to affect them.

hitomi sits down on the couch beside the therapist, still crying. but she's trying to control her whimpers.

"tell me about him."

"i-i left him in korea and i don't know what else to say. i left him because i was afraid of liking him and now i find myself in love with him.", she whispers between her quiet sobs. you can here the clock tick and the therapist tapping his block with his pen.

"why aren't you going back?"

"my dad's company is here.", she says, clearing her voice and pushing her hair out of her face. hitomi knew she was the worst liar on earth but she couldn't tell him why she's staying.

"i will end this session here. hitomi, you don't seem suicidal to me. you're also not depressed. you seem completely fine. get over the pain in your heart and you'll be better in no time." he smiles.

she stands up, her legs still shaking. she feels dizzy because of crying and starting to get an headache. she opens the door and falls into jinyoung's arms. the therapist looks at both of them but turns around again.

"i am not depressed"

jinyoung humms an answer still not believing the fact that this woman is not about to kill herself.

just like taehyun's friends.
