I told my mom I stayed up till 4 or 5 working on drawings that take HOURS and then she told my dad who got pissed that I didn't go to bed around 12.

My dad legitimately thinks I might have been sneaking out, talking to boys, doing bad "typical teen" things.

I'm fine with not being a cool kid
I actually hate those assholes
I don't actually like the guys at my school
I love art more than I love myself sometimes.
I would never go behind my parents back and sneak out.
I'm a good kid, I promise.
All I want to do is make them happy
