Wazzap brahs. No question. So my brain is ded. Not dead, cuz I'd be laying in a coffin. BUT I'm planning on writing another book! It will be weirder and probably the most random book you'll ever read..... OH WELL! It's not published yet but if I make that book, I might spend more time on it than this one. So it really depends on what you guys want. I could finish this book series with only two books (I know, I know... not many books) Or I could start on a new book (maybe series?) and the process of this one will be slower. TRUST ME I want at the very least 30 chapters in this book. So I hope you enjoy, please give me feedback! ;> you can start reading now ;D

***Clover***

Clover rolled around in the bedding. She slept so uncomfortably... and she didn't have the soft warm feeling of Leon beside her. She got up and shook the bits of grass and leaves off her back. He might be out hunting... but normally he'd be back by now. I wonder what he's up to?

Clover stretched out her limbs until they shook. Looking up through the branches thick with green leaves. The sun was already up, it was almost mid-day. How long have I been asleep? She wondered. Leon's scent was stale...

Clover started attempting to sniff out his scent, but it led nowhere. She could smell something though... Something familiar, they've come across it before. She recognized the metallic smell of humans. Leon must have went to investigate in the middle of the night and was taken. Oh no, he's probably long gone. Maybe he didn't even know he was doing it.

She drooped her ears. Leon, which way do I go? How can I possibly find you? She hopped onto the highest rock she could spot and sat down. Clover didn't know what else she could do. Leon wouldn't leave her like that. Yet she always had a nagging thought in the back of her mind...

 Would he?

Clover clenched her teeth at the thought... No, forget it. I must keep searching. Soon she found herself by a stream after wandering around for a few minutes. Lowering her head to lap up the water, she heard a crackling noise. She twitched her ears around to find the direction it was coming from. Sounds like lunch. Using her sense of smell, she identified a squirrel. She licked her muzzle with hunger and leapt forward to make an attempt on catching it.

The squirrel surprised her by leaping upward onto a low branch, scaling the rest of the tree from there to the top. Clover swished her tail with irritation. Such bad luck today. She began walking again, weaving between the trunks of the trees. The roots twisted up and around rocks in the ground. Clover's mind drifted. A few moments later she found herself tripping on a root, twirling up from the ground. She stumbled a bit and found her stability.

Her paw started throbbing. Great, another thing to worry about. Can it get any worse? She thought.

~Leon~

Leon and Lily were walking side-by-side. They hoped they were going in the right direction. Lily hopped up.

"Leon, how can you walk? I mean, I could call you Trion... Because, you know." She piped up. Lily expected Leon to answer, but he said nothing. Leon looked kinda down. He wasn't amused. Lily jumped in front of Leon. He stopped sluggishly and lowered his gaze. Lily flattened her ears questioningly.

"Whats wrong with you?" She narrowed her eyes, inspecting his eyes. She noticed a shard-looking thing in his right eye. It was tiny, but noticeable.

"Oh, nothing. You wouldn't understand." He sighed and walked past her. She turned and caught up with him.

"I want to." She said quietly. "Is it about Clover?" Lily asked.

"What?"

"Clover."

"Wait, what."

"I said Clover! Can't you hear me? My gosh, you're so spacey!" She growled. But she can't growl. So it was a bit more like a squeak.

"Your voice cracks like a chipmunk," Leon pointed out. Its true.

"Shut up Leon!" She looked frustrated. Leon grinned slyly. Suddenly Leon halted. Lily kept going without noticing. She didn't want to listen to Leon... but soon she looked over her shoulder.

"Hey, why'd you stop?" She asked. His eyes were fixed on the ground. Lily followed his gaze... He was staring at a four-leafed clover. The slightest bit of light was trickling down on it. The breeze started to pick up. She looked up at him with a bit of sadness in her eyes. Leon didn't look back. He sighed and sat down.

"Leon, it's okay-"

"No, it's not. Things aren't okay. You don't know her, she's probably worried sick. She probably even thinks I abandoned her." Leon flattened his ears. "We need to find her soon, or I probably wont ever see her again." He growled with frustration. "Let's go."

Lily sighed. Whatever restores your hope, Leon.

They trotted through the trees, the wind beginning to blow hard. They exited the forest area, soon on the outskirts of it. Leon and Lily flattened their ears. Lily shut her eyes to keep the dust out of them. The wild grass swayed, it looked like waves of the ocean. Leon thought of the time he was with Clover, in the field. When he'd tricked her and took her spot on the log. He wanted her company again.

They traveled on, stopping occasionally to try to sniff out for Clover's scent. This went on for a few days. Every night, Leon would would find a lone rock and leap up onto it. He'd howl for Clover to the moon. Leon knew it would probably alert all the other animals and wolves in the area, but he didn't care. He would find his mate quicker if she could hear him.

Leon wouldn't give up. Nope, not today. Not ever.
