Your name is iris and you were excited to go on a date with your boyfriend Mathew. It was a warm summer day, the sun was shinning, the birds were singing. Iris was just so happy to go on her date with Mathew, he was a young boy with brown curly hair and a smug look he wore everyday. Iris however, couldn't have been any different. She was a short pretty blonde girl with bright green eyes and a smile that could make her recognizable anywhere. Iris walked to the small cafe they always meet at. On her way she noticed the green leaves and the stunning deep red roses blossoming in the garden owned by a polite old lady with beautiful curls on her way.

Spring can bring many surprises all in one day... When she got to the cafe Mathew wasn't even there and in the little table outside they always sat was taken by a mother and her loud two year old. She sighed. Oh well, there's always somewhere else to sit. She sat down at a table by the cashier and scanned worriedly and started to wonder where he was. A waitress showed up and asked "What would you like to drink? We have coke, lemonade, sparkling water, oh! And of course just regular water and tea if you're into that..." She continued rambling, but Iris wasn't listening. She was too busy thinking about when Mathew was going to show up. "Orange soda, Ice Tea, Sprite-"

"Please stop," Iris cut her off looking a bit upset. He's never done this, what if something happened? The waitress looked at her. "Oh hun, is something bothering you?" She said in a sassy tone.
