"I'm sorry but I'm not going anywhere with you anymore." The words hit Iris like bricks. He had turned down the pretty blonde. "But babe." the blonde moaned angrily like a toddler.

"But nothing Abby! And you may have just cost me my girlfriend." Mathew was so mad that he could have turned into the hulk! "I-I'm still here..." Iris raised her hand shyly

"Iris we should go somewhere else," Sam commanded fiercely.

"Let me guess, 'oh of course my darling, oh Sam, whatever you say! What a. Gentleman," Abby shouted melodramatically, "I mean come on, dating Mathew and going out on a date with Sam? That's low." She declared deviously.

"You know what?" Mathew pointed at Abby, "You might as well leave because, again I really don't want to see you anymore."

Abby gasped "Whatever, you just lost something good!" Sam snorted at her, trying not to laugh and just like that, she walked away. "Iris, listen it's really not what you think. Babe, please let me take you home, we have a lot to talk about..." Mathew was pleading at this point, almost going down on his knees.

"Fine and that explanation better be good," She said crossing her arms together, "But first can I have a few words with Sam?"

"I-uh-sure," He said, feeling uneasy,"I'll be waiting for you outside the aquarium."Mathew said before turning around and walking the other way. "So...that was pretty weird." Sam said awkwardly with both hands behind his back. "I am so sorry about that and... well, thanks for standing up for me,"Iris motioned her hands nervously,"That was really ni-Sam your nose is bleeding, Mathew must have hit you hard." Iris said quickly. Just then the blood from Sam's nose trickled down onto Iris's hand. "Oh god, Iris I-" Sam said, cheeks hot and embarrassed.

"It's okay!"She said hurriedly, both knowing many were beginning to stare.

"Here, use this,"Sam pulled out of his pocket a napkin from the cafe. Iris wiped her hand clean from the blood, leaving no trace of blood visible. "Thanks again, Sam but," Iris giggled, "You might need this back," She pressed the napkin onto his hands and said, "Use it and I'll see you around, I guess." She smiled and left Sam standing there awed by her. I will see you around as well, He thought blissfully.
