Chapter 22- Kidnap

Grayson's POV:
"Baby I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to leave you there. I was just going to get gas.." "No..no it's okay sweety, you didn't know. I didn't know either." Eris says to me. She called me sweety..that's a first. "So did you report Cassidy to the police?" I ask holding her hand. "Yea I did. You know what they said? They said this is her second time doing this. They've been on the lookout for her since." I gasp. "Oh god. Eris you're gonna have to stay by me. I'm not letting anything happen you hear me? I'd be damned if she hurts you over some nonsense." She looks up at me. "Thank you Grayson. I appreciate that."

Eris' POV:
"Hello?" I answer the phone. "Hey sweety. How have you been?" It's my mother. "Mama..I'm doing good. How are you?" "What's with the tone of your voice? Is everything alright? You seem sad." My mother says. She figured me out right away. That's my mama. "Actually, I had an occurrence last night with Cassidy." "The one who was pretending to be Leo's girlfriend that time?" My mother's pitch rises. "Yes mama. She tried to hurt me last night. She kissed me and when I said I wasn't a lesbian, she got so upset. She was yelling and everything." I look down as I rub my finger back and forth on the table in front of me. "Oh baby. Are you alright?" "Yes I'm alright. I got away. I reported her to the police and they said it's her second time doing something like this. I'm scared mama." Grayson comes up behind me and kisses my neck. "Oh dear! Grayson better be right by your side!" "He is mama. He is. He's taking good care of me." "He better be. I let you move out this house and move in with him. He better protect you with his life. Stay by his side." Grayson grabs the phone. "Don't worry mom, I'll protect your baby with my life. I got her." "Good. Good." He hands the phone back to me. "Is there anything you wanted to tell me mama?" "Hmm no there isn't. I just wanted to see how you were doing. Good thing I called you." She says. "I miss you mama and I love you." "I love you too baby. Be safe and call me more often." "I will. Bye now." "Bye baby." She hangs up.
"You heard your mom right? She said to stay by your side." He says. "Yea baby I know. You ready to go?" I ask him. "Go where?" He asks. "To the store. We're low on groceries." "Ohh groceries. Are you making dinner tonight?" He loves groceries. "Of course darling. We have to eat. Let's go before all the good things are gone."

Cassidy's POV:
My poor baby. She's with that man. I can't believe I liked him! I'm glad I found my true self and now I can truly love Eris the way I want to. It says she's going to the grocery store. Time to go to the grocery store. I hope she comes alone... so I can apologize.

"I think we need some more margarine and potatoes. Can you go and get some for me babe?" Eris asks him. Why is Grayson here too? Ugh! I want it to be just us! Grayson is in the middle of that. I need to take care of him first. Time to get some potatoes.
"What do you think-" I put duct tape over his mouth. "Keep your mouth shut you hear me? You stole what I wanted! You think I'm just gonna let you have her? No. That's not how it works. Eris is mine and we're going to be together. You can be stuck here in the men's restroom while I take Eris from you. How does that make you feel? Makes me feel good. I should kill you...maybe I will. That will make my boo mad though so I won't kill you, but I will harm you." "Mm.mmm.mm." He mumbles. "Oh what was that? You want me to stab you where?" "MM..MMM..MMM!" He mumbles some more but even louder. "Ahh I see. You want me to stab you right here?" I point to his right side. "One stab to the right coming right up. I knew I liked you for some reason. We share the same stabbing spots. I love stabbing on the right side. It's just something about the motion of my right hand that corresponds to it so well."
He screams but I slap him across the face. "Shut up. No one can save you." His phone rings. "Well well well. Look who's calling. It's Eris!" I answer it. "Hi baby. Have you been well? Grayson isn't doing too well right now so he can't come to the phone. Don't worry, I'll bring the potatoes and margarine for you. Will you make dinner for me instead? I haven't eaten yet." "You crazy bitch. Where are you and where's Grayson?!" "I TOLD YOU HE'S NOT FEELING WELL! Why can't you just believe me honey?" She hangs up. "She's playing hard to get." I say to Grayson.
   "Yes there's a problem going on. My boyfriend has been kidnapped by my stalker. I'm currently in Target. I don't know where they are but she knows where I am. I think she has a tracker on me." "Okay ma'am we'll be there right away!" I hope calling the police will resolve this issue. Cassidy is crazy!
