"Come on Craig get up!" Jonathan yelled as he kicked his sleeping body, only to groan tiredly in response.
"How about this, if you don't get up in five seconds. I'll stab my knife right into your back." Jonathan said with a playful smirk as Craig shot straight up, struggling to get out of the covers he tangled himself in only for him to fall on to the floor with a thud. Jonathan bursted into laughter, his mechanical laughter probably being heard from the next room; if there was anyone in there that is. He stood up slowly and looked at Jonathan with a quick glare as he continued to laugh.
"You get scared to easily man, lighten up!" Jonathan said as he patted Craig's back quite harshly causing Craig to wince.

"A lot of people would likely be scared of being stabbed in the back!" Craig argued.

"I was just joking." Jonathan said, slipping in a small laugh as Craig glared at him again.
"Just get dressed, while you were having your beauty sleep I was able to clean our clothes in the laundry mat place next to this junk."

"Thanks." Craig said as he grabbed his blue jeans and grey shirt slipping them on.

"Alright, let's go." Jonathan said as he headed toward the door of the room.

"Where are we going?" Craig asked as he followed Jonathan slowly.

"To enroll into the school, remember?" Jonathan asked.

"Oh yeah.." Craig said in a let down tone. He's never been to school, his whole life was based around the orphanage and they didn't teach him anything. He only new basic math and English, which he knew wouldn't be enough for him to pass high school.
"What grade are we going to be in?"

"Dunno, based on what they give us based on age I guess." Jonathan said with a shrug as they walked down the stairs of the motel.

"How old are you?" Craig has been curious since they got to the motel.

"Eighteen." Jonathan said casually.

"What?!" Craig was flabbergasted.

"What? How old are you?" Jonathan asked as he turned his head toward him slightly.

"Sixteen.." Craig said slowly.

"Really?! Oh well." Jonathan started off surprised but he collected his calm attitude and acted like it wasn't a big deal.

"We're going to be set in different grades, meaning different classes." Craig could feel his panic rising up, he may not have known Jonathan for long but as of now he depended on him; he was the only person he had.

"Don't worry, I'll say I'm younger." He could tell the panic in Craig's and didn't want to cause a kid a panic attack, he knew how scared Craig could be around people.
The two continued walking, Craig guiding them down the road toward the high school. It was a Monday, for Jonathan he couldn't think of a better day to enroll, while Craig that otherwise. The two went to the wide yellow doors of the school, passing a sign that read: Davis High School. They went into the building, the surroundings seemed to be the office, so they went toward the first person they saw at a desk.
"Excuse me?" Jonathan tried to keep the most polite tone as possible.

"Yes?" The woman looked up from her computer.

"Where do we enroll?" Jonathan asked.

"For school? You enroll here." She said.

"Alright, can you enroll us then?" Jonathan asked.

"Yes, what are your names?"

"Jonathan Denis and this is..." Jonathan stopped as he looked at Craig, he knew he didn't like to talk to people but he didn't know his last name.
