Flamingos live up to 20 to 30 years in the wild and up to 50years in a zoo . here is an interesting facts when flamingos stand on one leg they are actually asleep . Flamingos eat algae, shrimp and aquatic plants . they are pink . flamingoes vocalisations are a range of nagel honking,grumbling or growling sound. They can run up to 60km. There are six species of flamingo in the world. And there is a place called flamingo land where it is surrounded in beautiful pink flamingos.
