"As you've all probably noticed, it's officially 12:45. Lunch is waiting for you up at the counters as usual. Continue as if it's a normal day," Bloodgood said over the speakers. Once it turned ten o' clock, we had been having classes. Most of those classes were not with Clawd, nor Cleo. I honestly had no idea what her plan was, yet, but I had a feeling it wouldn't end well.

However, I had run into Deuce a couple of times. He seemed upset, or angry. He apologized for what Cleo had done and said it would never happen again. He may have not said anything else, but I was almost certain that he had ended their relationship. Even Clawd hadn't told me what the result of the conversation was.

I headed down the stairs and towards the lunchroom. Heath caught up to me and walked with me to my locker. He took my books and set them on the top shelf, something Clawd did on a normal day. I shut the door of my locker and turned the lock. I crossed my arms and looked at him, not sure of what he wanted.

"Alright, I'm not here to bug you," he said, holding his hands up in defense. I lowered my arms to my sides and let him continue. "I'd just like to ask you to do something for me," I started walking to the lunchroom and he followed.

"Like, what, exactly?" He rubbed at the back of his neck and looked at the floor.

"Could you maybe set me up with Abbey? I know you two are good friends and...." I held up a hand and cut him off.

"Abbey? You want me to set you up with Abbey?" He nodded.

"She's smokin'!" There was a pause. "Well, hypothetically. I mean, she's made of snow and ice. So, she can't be smokin' hot. But, whatever."

"I'll see what I can do. I'll make sure to use that mumble jumble of a sentence as your pick up line," I said, walking through the doorway of the cafeteria. I stopped walking when Cleo made eye contact with me. Not just normal eye contact, more like, "I'm going to kill you" eye contact. Heath touched my shoulder.

"What's wrong?" He asked quietly. He trailed my eyes to where I was looking and pushed me forwards. "It's cool. Just, don't look at her," he paused. "What happened between you two? I thought you guys were friends."

"Yeah, accent on the were. After the accident with Clawrk," I paused and drew in a deep breath. "I haven't been able to deal with her stone cold heart."

"I see. So, Abbey?" I nodded my head out of irritation and knocked his hand off my shoulder.

"I'll get on it. Ok? I have a few other things I've gotta do first. Then I'll see what I can do," he nodded as a broad smile crossed his face.

He turned around to walk off but stopped and turned back.

"Hey, don't let Cleo bug you. Clawd wouldn't let anything happen between you two. He's a good guy," Heath walked ahead of me, making it up to the lunch line long before I did. I watched Clawd move from the front of the line and back to where I stood.

"What was that all about? He messing with you again?" I shook my head.

"What? Are you jealous or something?" His cheeks flushed a bright color of red when he shook his head. Although the color soon disappeared. "I'm kidding. He wants me to talk to Abbey for him."

"Oh. So.... I gave up my spot in line for nothing?" I hit him in the arm and laughed. He rubbed at his arm and let out a low chuckle. I felt my cell phone vibrate in my pocket. My dad.

"Shouldn't you guys be out of school for weather?" Even though he couldn't see me, I nodded before I typed a reply.

"Yeah. We're snowed in. We'll be here for a while." I put my phone back in my coat pocket and stepped forwards.
